There are two parts to this, I have both a breeding center and an adoption center. Each has it's own rules and will be explained further below. First a little about me and why you should choose my center:
I am Miz Spiffy, call me Spiffy or Spiff if you like. My center is different because everything will always be free, and there are a lot of options here (as will be explained below).
I have done quite a few breedings on my own, bought and adopted characters. Mostly I love the idea of breeding centers because you get a lot of creativity out of different artists and pairs. I'm not going to claim to be terribly talented. I'm not very good at outright drawing things, so alot of line edits are hard for me, but I try.

Breeding!
I'm going to throw alot of info at you, ready? There are two parts to this also: One time or Permanent.

One time breedings:
I will breed a character of mine and yours, or two of yours, occasionally CS pets if I feel I can do any justice to them. You get one litter of pups split between me and you. Any left overs are put into my adoptions (explained below).
The pups you claim are yours to trade, sell, breed or whatever else you like.
Mostly I will use these lines by the lovely Neara for breedings,however if you have other lines you would prefer, I may be open to using them.
If you would like a one time breeding use the following form:

Permanent Breeding:
This is only for breeding one of my characters with yours. Occasionally, a pair fits so well together, they decide to stay together. The benefits of this, are that you get all the same things as a one time breeding, plus couple art of the parents. Also, characters of mine will be taken off the list of breedable characters (below) so no one else will have puppies with them.
Mates can break up of course, but you must let me know if you choose to no longer have your character mated with mine.

General Rules for Breedings:
You character must have a name. I want to know you care and have thought about this character, it speaks to how you'll treat the pups I'm working hard to create for you.
I reserve the right to reject any breedings i feel are above my level or just won't work well together.
Please only post one form at a time. If you have several you would like, wait until the first is done before you post the next.
If there is pups from the litter you don't want, they will go into my adoption center, unless you specify you have a different preference.
Please be patient and polite. I am a college student with a full time job. As much as I would love to be on CS all day, I do have to sleep sometime XD

Adopting!
Occasionally I breed CS pets, or I have pets left over from a breeding that have no home. I'll post links here in hopes to find them a home.

General Rules for Adoopting:
Please be polite and patient. I will try to get back to your requests as soon as possible.
I reserve the right to say no to any request if I do not feel you will take care of the pup.

I realized alot of my characters are related and i should make a chart or something. Ill work on that.
Fox, Seth, Kit, and Aubrey are siblings.
Mina, Aijah, and Kennan are children of Akali.
Ilyana is the child of Kennan.
Gailwen, Erisdir, Indwen, Dale, Helo, and Redee are siblings.
