Why do I want her?

Well, all summer, I've been trying for Plumerians,
but I haven't seem to won any quite yet.

After seeing your advertisement for her,
I decided I would try out, you know, just for fun.
Along the way, I began to love her for
more than the fact she was a Plumerian.
I REALLY love neutral and more muted, quiet designs.

For this, I fell hard for her design.
Plus, I have been wanting to create a unique character
with an occupation I've never seen in another Plume.
I feel as if this Plumie is the one.

What will I do with her?

I will open her up for roleplays and
try to develop her as much as I can.
Even though I don't order from
art shops or request people often,
I will get as much art of her as I am able to.
I also may open her up for a romantic relationship,
when I feel it is right.

Chinatsu is an avid daydreamer, always thinking
ludicrious thoughts and alternate realities.
She usually never listens or
pays attention for 10 seconds at a time.
She also has a tendency to tap her toes
or hum when she's got her head in the clouds.
Chinatsu can also be a bit shy, but it doesn't
get in the way too much. Due to her low attention span,
she is very impatient and can come off as rude when she
firsts meets a new Plume. She softens up towards you
over time, though. To sum it up, she's a daydreamer
with flaws like you and me, but doesn't let that bother
anyone too much


O C C U P A T I O N

Chinatsu works as a sword swallower for the annual circus
in her state. Surprisingly, this is the only thing she can concentrate
on for more than 10 seconds at a time. I takes great skill, agility,
and grace, which she is able to do most of the time.
When she first started, she was very anxious about it,
but now she's used to it. Even though she only works for about a month
every year, she rakes in a large amount of cash, to which she carefully
spends throughout the year. She'll earn some here and there for
performing in the downtown area of her city.

her design, because I have a weakness for brown bases with greens. She
is truly stunning, and I am really drawn to the purpl-ish brown colour of her
hair, and the green contrast pulls it all together.I find her fun and easy

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to recommend that toffee~ be considered for the re-adoption of this plumarian. I have known toffee~ for a little over a year, and in that time I have noticed how she takes care of her characters. She created an external website for her characters and wrote an extensive backstory for each. As she is an aspiring digital artist, she creates her own art to best represent the personalities. She is always very enthusiastic about her art, and about developing creative stories for original characters.
