Unknown to most others, the cat that travels with her on her back has a scar that resides on his stomach. Elizebeth went to go on a walk one day and heard meowing from a dumpster and eventually opened it to find a tiny hurt orange kitten, later on it was found out that a dumpster trucked had accidentally dumped the cat in there. Which leads back to his name Diver, he was a dumpster diver. :3

Carina worked at a Waffle House, she was taking out the old waffles and she saw this frail feral kitten sitting there with wide eyes. Carina fell in love with the little kitten however the kitten did not as it was afraid. Every day Carina gave the little kitten food for weeks, the kitten got used to her and eventually allowed Carina to pat it. The kitten purred and purred and wasn't wary of Carina anymore. Carina eventually decided that this kitten needs a name, she named it Waffles after the first place they met.
Carina let waffles into her home and a place in her heart. After a few weeks of being at home waffles had became very very sick with Cat flu. She was getting weaker and weaker, Carina stayed with her every waking moment looking after this kitten. Waffles started to get better and eventually was back to good health. Since that day Waffles and Carina share a very special bond, they are always by each other's side.

xxxOllie found himself wandering the city streets in the early hours of the morning more often than he wasn’t. He loved the pale dawn light and especially loved mornings after a night long storm. This was one of those mornings.
The clouds above released a cool deluge but instead of seeking shelter Ollie danced in the rain. He sat on the park bench, the same park bench he sat on every day. As the sun rose he basked in its warm rays as the rain ceased. He stood and let the sunlight dry his fur and he couldn’t have been more content.
But even a moment as glorious as that was short-lived because just like every morning they returned. There were three of them; Ollie didn’t know their names, only that they hated him with a passion. A passion that lead them to assert their dominance. Violently.
He heard them approaching, their paw steps loud due to the fresh rain. He let out a soft sigh, preparing himself for what was to come.
“Hello again, what will it be today?” he said loudly, hoping that his voice wasn’t shaking as much as he was. At first he had tried to defy them, but over time he had learned there was no point. And he certainly wouldn’t miss a sunrise; he hadn’t missed a sunrise since the day his mother died.
“We’ll be nice to you this time,” one said before sharp pain struck his back. He winced, but didn’t let the pain show. A neat claw mark now ran down from his shoulder blades to midway down his back. The three laughed and Ollie bit back the tears, hoping they really would be nice and that they would be satisfied soon.
“Don’t think we’re done yet, loser,” said another and Ollie tensed up, ready for whatever they would throw at him next. It was then that a deep rumbling could be heard from behind a tree not so far away.
The three froze in confusion, looking in the general direction of the source of the noise. What emerged from behind the tree was a small cat, the least intimidating creature that could be expected. The three resumed laughter and once again prepared to inflict pain upon Ollie.
The small cat approached, but they didn’t notice until it was before them and their noses were bleeding. They stood in shock, staring at the ball of fur, now fluffed up to twice its size.
“Let’s leave…” one said and a minute later they were nowhere to be seen. Ollie stared at the little cat in shock. The small feline just returned his gaze, its bright green eyes filled with affection. Ollie’s face softened and he let out a joyous laugh.
“My hero!”

Cat's name & why: Cat's name is Leisti (means 'let me'). Neka named it like that because it's never letting him do anything. For example when he is talking with friends, Leisti would meow very loud so they couldn't talk. Or when Neka is reading Leisti is laying on book not allowing him read. Leisti is super attention-seeker and this personality trait is annoying Neka so much. But even if Leisti annoys him, Neka promised to take care of it.

Cat's name & why: alioth [the brightest star in the ursa major] - when lovino was a child, he was always obsessed with the stars. for years, he wanted to somehow reach them; to capture them. he spent hours upon hours locked up in his room studying each and every one he saw. he always told his friends and family that the job of his dreams was to be an astronaut, but life doesn't always follow a plan. he soon realized just how much math, science, and courage it took to reach the stars. he was soon discouraged, and put his dreams off to the side in order to go on with his normal life. but, one day, his friends and family all pitched in to take him to a space center, but that only made his sadness even worse, because he already knew there was no way he'd be able to be in space.

when he was leaving the building, he saw a small kitten laying in a box on the side of the street. lovino felt an instant connection. he picked the kitten up and took them home, and the cat ended up breaking him out of his sadness. he soon realized that the reason he couldn't reach the stars, was because the were right in front of him. the kitten was his star.

Kita was always told that Tokogoura use to help the people he encountered and that we was a good great guy. Growing up she'd ALWAYS wanted to be like him when she grew. So when she got her cat when she was 18, being 19 now, she decided to name the cat after her great great grandpa and vowed she'd travel the world like Tokogoura with her cat and put smiles on the faces of those she helps, most likely sickly kids, with the kitten.

Romana hurried along the busy streets, wrapping themselves up in their scarf, pushing it up closer to their face.
The snow was coming down hard this winter day, making the roads and sidewalks icy and easy to slip on.
Romana had to get home to their apartment where they lived alone. They hugged the warm bread
they had purchased at the baker's. Their mouth watered at the smell.
They huffed, their warm breath billowing as steam into the cold air. They trudged through the snow grudgingly, when suddenly they heard a tiny distressed meow. Romana perked up their ears, searching for the noise, and they saw a flash of orange fur.
They found the source to a dumpster outside a restaurant, and underneath it was a small thin kitten with darker stripes.
Dirt and mud covered the tiny kitten's paws, and it looked like it hadn't eaten in days.
Romana made hushed noises and put out a paw for the kitten to sniff, though the kitten recoiled.
Romana stiffened. Someone had done something to this kitten to make them recoil.
It broke their heart. They kneeled down and leaned forward, their teeth chattering in the cold.
"It's okay, little g-guy. I k-know what it's like to be cold, a-abandoned, feeling like y-you have
no one in t-this cruel w-world." The kitten stepped forward cautiously, it's eyes full of distrust.
"I know, trust me. B-but I can take you to m-my home, and I-i'll care f-for you. No one
will hurt you a-anymore. I p-promise." The kitten padded forward and dug their nose
into Romana's sleeve. The tiny blue eyes pleaded with them. Romana's gaze turned warm
as they took off their scarf and wrapped the tiny kitten in it, shifting hands to hold the bread.
Romana held the tiny kitten against their chest and trudged home once again.
"Y-you know what?" they whispered to the little orange kitten.
"I think I'll call y-you Survivor. Because you have survived this world
so far. But there will be m-more c-challenges. I think you can s-survive. After all,
if I can l-live in this world, so c-can you."
