Rosemaree is a vengeful spirit, having her own love taken from her she vowed to take others. Those who summon her think she's a friend, one to say if your relationship with last. The steps are simple, you go into the forest at night while holding a candle and singing; 'Maree maree, will we see thee, maree maree, will we stay and be?'. Her past victims all suffered the same, one torn apart and the other hanged by chains as in her own past. Zeth spent his time lurking in the woods, his appearance and strange aura often scaring others away he learned to tend to himself. However one unusual night he found a couple, two woman walking through the forest by candle light. He was worried, knowing the uneven land and packs of wolves could harm them. He followed them, then he heard them chanting 'Maree Maree'. He had often seen his mare, her ghostly spirit traveling through the woods, every where she stepped the plants died, a blackened fog followed her. She emerged from the shadows, charging at the couple.

His ears rang with their terrified screams, and before he could think Zeth had ran in front of them and taken the mare's wrath. The couple had ran, while he struggled to keep RoseMaree distracted. He took every kick, every nip, every bruise until he knew they were safe. She had no reason to kill him, so when her victims were gone she left; vanishing into the void again. He left, but before he got to far Zeth collapsed form his injuries. He woke to a gentle touch, the same woman from before had come back just to make sure he was alright. They tended to his wounds, bringing him food and water. They continued to do this every day, until he followed them back home.

Best Day: Vladimir's best day ever was when I took him to the Medieval Faire. It was hard to decide what to go as so I got his opinion, by showing him two pictures, one with a horse in armour and the other a unicorn, and you'll never guess what this big, red, brute chose.
Vladimir trotted into the arena, his newly attached black horn gleaming in the bright light of the sun, he didn't want to look to nice and friendly. I wore my own costume, covered in blacks and reds, my makeup dark. We rode to cheers and boos, we were bad but our costumes were stunning.
Vladimir, turned at the sound of trumpets, this was to be his opponent, the only thing standing between him and the title of champion, then out trotted the most beautiful white mare, her mane flowing, and her blue eyes sparkling, her rider was a gallant prince. She nickered softly as we stood beside each other, telling him how she liked his look. Then she wished him good luck and trotted off to her starting position. Vlad shook his head, he couldn't let her beauty get in the way, he had to focus on the obstacles ahead.
The Trumpet blew and they were off, twisting, jumping, turning, and dodging everything that came their way, all while keeping up a decent speed. The end was drawing near, and Vladimir had a significant lead, he was pushing hard when he notice the mare was a slower than him, so instead of heading to the finish like every level headed stallion would have, he turned and re did two of the obstacles, he knew his rider was frustrated but now he was neck and neck with the mare. So much so that when they passed the finish line it was declared a tie!
Now you may think "how could this be his best day?" but the answer is simply, not only did he get the title of champion, he also got the girl.

The Day I Met Sunny
My best day ever was the day I met Sunny, my best friend. I was one year-old. I was playing in the pasture with my mom, when a new mom and baby came into the pasture. I whinnied to the foal, and she walked toward me. I wasn't sure what to think at first, but after a few hours, I got a little more comfortable. I walked around her, making sure she wasn't going to hurt me, she was friendly. She said her name was Sunny. Then the humans came with their brushes. They set the boxes of brushes down, and Sunny darted for a brush. A foal like me. She took a brush and threw it to me. I knew then, this was only the beginning of our adventures.

Galaxy had never seen snow before, let alone been in contact with it. When she was a few months old it began to snow and it took her by surprise, when it first began all she could really do was look at it up until she was allowed to go out and play. It felt very cold and was unpleasant to feeling it on her legs but Galaxy soon grew used to it, enjoying every day that she had it.

My best day on this earth was when I first saw my true love Ebony.

I was almost 4 years old and attending a tested horse show as an eventing entrant to pass onto the next show level. Back then I was owned by different people and they only showed me for my unique coat color since I tended to draw quite the crowd. I had just started the show jumping test when I saw her standing at the gate preparing for her own test after me. I called out to her but my rider pulled me away from her towards the next jump and I was furious that I could no longer see her. As we neared the jump I skidded to a halt and ducked away from the fence sending my rider into the dirt. As soon as I was free from that pest I ran towards her and greeted her with a nicker. I could hear my rider shouting at me as he got closer but I was glued to her beautiful lilac eyes and I didn't notice when her own rider grabbed my reins. When my rider, a short twig of a man, finally reached me he slapped my face with his crop and blinded by the sudden pain I reared and sent him sprawling backwards into the ground. I was torn between running away from him and staying with her but several other riders and test officials protected me when he tried to hit me again. I didn't understand then what his shouting had been about but I later learned he had told her rider to keep me because I was too wild and that's when my future truly started. It's been almost 2 years now and Ebony and I have been inseparable ever since.

Best Day: The day started like any other. Rev woke up and immediately thought of the one thing he hated more than anything. He moved about restlessly in his stall, waiting impatiently to be let out into the pasture so he could dream of his nemesis' demise in solitude. As he was led out he glanced both ways, checking for the devil that plagued him daily. For once, it didn't show. Pleased but a little thrown, Rev perked up and nearly pranced the rest of the way. His time in the meadow was as it always was; a mix of chewing grass, flicking away flies and ignoring any other tolter around. By the time he returned to his stall, Rev had nearly forgotten about how the morning had began. He was resting in his stall when two stable hands paused near him to chat. At first, he paid them no mind. Until, of course, they mentioned his enemy's name. Ears perking up, Rev casually stepped closer to the two.
"Yeah, I heard they gave him to that little girl a couple houses over. The boss decided she would be able to take better care of him than us, since we're always busy,"
Rev nearly burst with joy. He was free! That demon dog would never bark at him again.
