no, there only has to be one form at least for it to be considered !! ;v;
if you didn't win the character this time and they have not been mentioned as being won in the code drop or being taken back by who donated them [basically, if they're still in the kennels next round] you're welcome to try for them again!!

I'm sorry. Unfortunately I'm extremely busy and have multiple other responsibilities aside from this, so not every thing said to me is remembered. Next time, a reminder would be appreciated. But thank you, I will fix that.
