Autumn, a beautiful time of the year. When the orange, red, and gold leaves fall down from the mighty trees. The little fawn paced back and forth, "Where is my mother?", thought Akiumare. Akiumare is a little fawn, it is now winter, she is looking for her mother in the cold, frigid snow. "How is she a little fawn in winter? Aren't fawns born in the summer?", you may be wondering. Akiumare is a strange fawn(hence her name), and grew a tree! Even so, her mother loves her just the same, even if she is different.
