Okay, no more procrastinating! I finally finished judging, and I must say, this was definitely one of the hardest judging jobs I've ever had to do! There were an incredible amount of well thought out, amazing, and beautiful forms, and it was so hard to narrow it down to just one.
It came down to Painted Pawz (You had a lovely, creative form, and I love how it was written as a story), Cryogenic (Another beautiful form with great art and a really well thought out character.) and Baigel (With a unique character and concise but thoughtful form). It was very tough and I'm sorry I couldn't give everyone a plumie. Without further ado...

I just couldn't get over your form. You created a lovely character and it was clear that you had thought everything out about different aspects of the character! Really lovely job and I hope you like him! (You'll be added asap)
