Fukushima likes to act like he's the tough guy of the rundown little town he lives in. He picks fights with others like him, and likes to talk smack about his rivals. Though when it comes to the belldandies who are disabled or young, he'll guard them relentlessly. He likes to call himself "Vox Populi", a Latin statement meaning "the people's voice." Many of the belldees of the town favor him, which has further inflated his ego.

Personality: Dissolve is a shy girl who likes to stay more in the shadows, she prefers to be alone and is not very sociable. She has a very mysterious personality that even keeps her parents guessing. Ever since third grade her parents realized that she has trouble being around other people at school because of her severe anxiety, so they took her out and now she is home schooled. Most of Dissolves time is spent at the library or in her room on the computer. Her favorite genre of music has to be either rock or vocaloid, music inspires her to create her own tunes on a program she downloaded specially for that. Sometimes Dissolve wishes she was back at school, just because it gets lonely from now and then, her parents not really being home a lot of the time, and her anxiety stopping her from communicating normally with other people. Dissolve doesn't really have problems communicating with her parents, it's just other people she can't, also her parents and her have a good relationship, they never really get in fights or argue.

Small side note: So that people don't get mad at me for the whole anxiety thing, I am well aware of what anxiety is and not in any way am I blowing it off.

Blake is all about horror, she is completely black, so it is easy to just have her ropes glow and everyone freak out because it looks like floating ropes - she loves horror movies, and is often making fun of them when around friends to ease their nerves about it. She isn't that easy to scare, and actually doesn't like it when others try, so you better not, otherwise she will turn you to ashes.
Blake is a girl who has tempermental issues, it is easy for her to start burning holes into your skull if you say the wrong thing, and since she has always been the one that people go to findihelp, she gets rather annoyed when someone asks her if something is wrong.
Blake has a rare disease passed down by her father , she does not know what it is called, but she swears it was because she was near radioactive stuff for too long trying to fool her friends, which is what fot her all the green, glowing markings as well as the inability to feel pain, heat or cold. She didn't have this disease until she did that stunt.
