Sorry for the long wait, this school year took a sudden turn with certain regulations and requirements that caught everyone off guard, but i won't get into those things as i've finally finished judging after several months!

There were so many forms, it was difficult to choose just a winner and two runner ups, but it was done with a help of a friend!
