Looks like we're nearing #70! Just three more to go. Wonder what sorta pallio I'll design for it...

Anyways, this pallio is a shorty, who also has pretty small ears and tail too. If it weren't for their cape length, they'd be mistaken for a child. Their cape is a swirly type with sparkles.

When one raffle ends, another starts:
