What is a Sima?

Simas are cat/wolf creatures basically. Their paws resemble a wolves while their body structure could resemble a cat. Simas are also known as 'Sword Mammels'. This name comes from their tail. The tail is the most important part of a Sima's body. They resemble a sword most of all. They are thick and fluffy at the base and when the go down the tail, it gets thinner then widens into two tail guards like the guards on a sword. The jewel acts like the blade.

The jewel of a Sima comes in various shapes, sizes and colors, in which they make a Sima unique. Their eyes are always the same color as he jewels unless they have a special condition. Simas have a furry body, their mane around the neck the most furry of all. Even their ears are fuzzy. Baby Simas are more so however, with furry lips, poofier manes and slightly larger ears than what their heads would allow.

Simas are omnivores, meaning they could eat anything from fruit to the meat of a rabbit and even to things like candy or cake. Their teeth are sharp in the front with molars in the back to chew with. All Simas live or come from tropical places. Most are house Simas though and are transferred to other locations where they live with humans. In the wild they are usually in packs of ten. They are social creatures so that's good. Some Simas mate for life, while others like temporary mates.

The jewels of Simas glow at the night, illuminating the darkness when they want. Some jewel colors however cause darkness while others cause more interesting powers.

A Sima has two types of horns that are found in the wild. They are uncommon though to find a lot with them. There are long ones and short ones. Babies don't know which they got until they grow up.

He doesn't ask for much from anyone other than to hang out with friends when he feels like world is crashing. Benji tries to come out of his comfort zone a lot, but it's not easy for him because he's so use to being quiet and left alone that makes him scream on the inside. He thinks he lacks in some of your normal emotions but he got by with a few and has made many friends that love him for who he is.

He doesn't really have much to do on he's off days but play games or talk a really long walk outside or around the neighborhood he live in. Every once in awhile he get mistaken for being angry at sometimes when he's not even trying to , has to explain himself to others so many times he does feel angry when he repeats himself .

personality;; chris is a very cheerful soul. he is often smiling, whether there be a reason to or not. he knows the pain of cruelty, and tries to act kindly to everyone he meets, something that people often mistake for naivety. although he seems like an open book, chris finds it difficult to open up to others and share personal things with them. this difficulty often leads him to struggle in forming friendships, where although he acts cheerful he is in truth, quite lonely for someone who he can properly relate to. the few friends whom he does have are those who he believes have felt the same way he has. though he is on the right track with these relationships, he still cannot trust his friends completely, he often doubts if he ever will.
history;; his kindness may lead you to believe him to have had a happy past. although not necessarily terrible, chris could've had a better childhood in many ways.

his parents were both very busy people, they're lack of time for bonding ended up with both sides being cold and withdrawn from the other. beyond a simple 'how was school' or to tell him they would be home late, christopher rarely had proper conversations with his parents. although they did live in a nice neighborhood, his family was not as well off as the others around them, this is why his parents were always at work pulling to make ends meet.

at school he was always a gentle child, all smiles and no bite at all. his pushover-like nature made him an easy target for the bullies, leaving him alone even with his personality, for the other kids didn't want to anger the bullies.

often made fun of for his situation, chris was miserable and alone around the time he entered high school. at the advice of his teachers, he was put into a private school, where he was finally free of torment. he met a few like minded kids, whom although he adored the companionship of, could never bring himself to open up to them. he feared the return of the isolation from before.

as he neared university, things seemed to be going right on track for once. he entered university on scholarship with a major in baking and pastry arts. time seemed to fly by, class after class, year after year, until graduation approached. then came the news, it had been a car accident, the ambulance had been too late, she didn't make it, his mother was dead. even though he hadn't known the lady overly well, it was still a large impact on him. suddenly he was doubting himself, things that were hilarious weren't as funny as before, smiling became more of a chore than a pleasure.

at the advice of a classmate, he sought out a therapist, where he met his current best friend peter. at first reluctant, peters accepting nature made the two of them friends quickly, even beyond sessions. it was during a visit from peter that he decided to open up his own shop, an idea that his friend supported completely. eventually this led him to where he his today.

a purely business relationship had flourished into a friendship between these two. they both share a similar sense of humor and kind nature, it's not uncommon for them to burst out laughing over one inside joke or another in each others company. if chris had to choose anyone to get stuck with, he would definitely choose his best friend. they both adore telling the other about the things that have happened in between visits, especially about escapades at work.

chris mainly knows cas via their mutual relationship with peter. although the two have begun to warm up to one another, they still have a lengths to go before they can be proper friends. for now, they can both appreciate the others company and their shared friendship with peter.

occupation;; chris is a baker. he owns his own little bakery shop where he sells all sorts of sweet treats and baked goods. he's quite good at his job, and he quite enjoys it, since cooking and baking are passions of his. with all the requests for custom cakes and the likes, he could use a pair of extra hands around the shop, although he'd hate to admit it.
the bakery;; called "delights", the little shop isn't easy to miss. the front holds a pair of tables for sitting in the sunshine, and the display window shows off some of chris' best current products. the inside holds more tables and the actual counter where you'd make purchases. there are forms for if you'd like a custom order, which chris often delights in making. the second floor of the building is a private area, which chris has turned into an apartment for himself.
