A rocky island in San Francisco Bay,
California. It was the site of a top-security federal prison
between 1934 and 1963.

Alcatraz was a reputably Hellish prison, where the worst of
the worst were kept. Inmates included the notorious
Al "Scarface" Capone, and Machine Gun Kelly. They even
admitted their defeat, when Capone coined "It looks like
Alcatraz has got me licked."
Kelly had stated, "These five words seem written in fire on
the walls of my cell: Nothing can be worth this!"

Alcatraz's name does not reflect a horrid brute, but actually shows his consistency and determination to drive something home. The prison never bent the rules and made its point: keep the prisoners under control with no chance of escape. It always did it's job. Similarly, Alcatraz [the stallion] will always make his point, and won't bend the rules. He's not necessarily strict, since his rules are very lax to begin with and he mainly just enforces the herd's rules. Don't get the idea that he hates fun, because he loves an adventure, but he does believe that rules are an important factor of herd stability and a structure for a healthy mind. But don't get scared away! The only rules he enforces are: do your part so you don't let the herd down, and have fun! Everyone knows how terrible it is when a herd member does something wrong, ultimately dragging the whole herd down. He's only just looking out for everybody because he cares so much.

To add on to his name, Alcatraz makes his point. When in a discussion, he doesn't use mind tricks and such, but rather tells one what he wants to say. Straightforward, clear, and to-the-point. That's not to say he doesn't like little conversations. He loves to chat with a friend just about the little things, and to enjoy their company. While he loves being an involved member of the herd, often times he will space himself out from the others and have a little time to himself. He believes that being alone doesn't necessarily make one lonely, and he's never truly alone because he has his family. His 'friends family', and his real family. Alcatraz and Argus are close brothers. Alcatraz is very comfortable with Argus's presence. The way in which they are close, is that Alcatraz is completely trusting of his brother. They don't spend 24/7 together, but enjoy each others company. Alcatraz always confides in his brother when he's got a problem, and likes to follow his feedback.

Alcatraz is a real fun-loving guy. When he's not out in the serene forests and mountains he's socializing with the herd and making cheesy jokes that make you want to roll your eyes but laugh at the same time. He's very high energy and can keep running and exploring and jumping from crag to crag all day. Swimming is a great exercise for him because it drains his energy faster, relaxes his mind, and puts little stress on his joints. After a refreshing swim, he's ready to sit in the shade of the tree and watch the birds.
Alcatraz is optimistic, but keeps in mind the real situation and how it affects others. He's responsible, loyal, and trustworthy. Not to mention he would do anything for the herd!
Alcatraz is ecstatic when he can convince a friend to go exploring or swimming with him. He never tires of it, and always itches for a nice run. There's no where he'd rather be than by a friend's side, playing and roaming through the lands, the world spread out before them. It's an experience that is more special than anything to him.

History ;; Adventures are addicting to Alcatraz. This craving traces back to his years as a foal, when he'd wander out of the cave he called home and into the world when his legs could barely hold him. After the very first moment he tasted the sweet Spring air, the desire never died. Being deep in forests, foraging through meadows, and crossing ravines gives him a feeling nothing else can give; the feeling of being in love with nature's gifts.
While all the other foals were playing and wrestling, Alcatraz was sitting off to the side and gazing into the foliage. The longing for exploration never fades, and shine in his eyes never dims.
As a foal, he had always been a little secluded from the group. His interests involved trees and the sky while others were more focused on who could run the fastest or jump the farthest. As he grew, he did become more involved and enjoyed the sense of a secure herd, and loves a nice chat. He's not exactly introverted, but he does appreciate some time alone. Even better, though, is exploring with his brother or a friend, which is his all-time favourite activity.
Alcatraz and Argus frolicked, talked, and played. Alcatraz always put his trust in him and showed him the wonders of exploring. In his foalhood, he trusted him the most, more than their own dam or sire.

Interests/Likes ;; Starry nights, serene meadows, soft breezes, and most
importantly, adventures. The openness of the sky and birds intrigue him, and
he enjoys watching them soar effortlessly above the clouds.
Dislikes ;; Hot weather, gossip, and especially rumours get on his nerves.

Strengths ;; Alcatraz is a strong swimmer, and because of his honest
and trusting characteristics, he has strong, long-lasting friendships.
Weakness/Fear ;; Can feel trapped on a particularly hot day, won't back
down from a fight [which can get him into some trouble] and has a fear
of forest fires.

Relationships ;; Alcatraz is a real goofball and not currently seeking a relationship. He plans on bearing foals eventually, but as for now he has fathered no one and is waiting for the right Chry to welcome him into their life. If he were to seek a mate, it would be someone he's known for a long time and who he can put his trust and faith into. As for the moment, he does not fancy anyone, and would rather just wait for when he's ready for that commitment.

Around strangers, she can be rather quiet and not noticeable but around good friends, she can be a bit loud and very out-going. Curiosity is something well known about Pandora. She takes interest in almost anything science related. Her favorite thing had to be astronomy. She just could never get her eyes away from the sky. In fact, she was named after a moon that orbits the planet Saturn.

History: Pandora was often teased about her love for science and space. At first she would just ignore it but then it got too much to bear and she became miserable. However, that all changed one night when she was watching the stars. She came up with a quote to help her get through the teasing of her filly days. It has helped her all the way to where she is now, a very educated mare.

Companion: Pandora's companion is a small colorful bird named Phoebe. She is also named after a moon of Saturn. Phoebe was found by Pandora when she was an abandoned chick that fell from the nest. Pandora gave her a name and now they go everywhere together.

Personality ; Zephyr has a very aggressive and independent nature, one with big ambitions, giving him original, progressive, large-scale ideas, as well as excellent judgment. He has a versatile, restless nature, and could do anything well, although he doesn't like to do menial tasks. He is seldom satisfied and is always seeking something new. However, he doesn't know the meaning of relaxation, for when supposedly resting, his mind is forever active, planning out some new project or seeking new ways to improve his present enterprise. He could organize the work of others, though in his impatience to see the job done efficiently, he would likely step right in and do it himself. Although Zephyr has an active mind and a restless urge to explore new ideas, he has an unscrupulous, materialistic approach that frustrates some around him.

Aspirations ; Zeph desires what all stallions do in youth, to lead a harem of fancy mares and equally interesting stallions. Being so strong minded, he is sure to make this goal a reality, and if it would work easily his choice would never to be without his brother leading by his side. But he's never been entirely sure if Argus is interested in the same ideals. He would make a great public relations expert, unlike Zeph who is alittle to intense sometimes. He wants to lead adventures, not take it easy.

• Argus//Brother// He adores his brother, and his easy ways of dealing with others. Sometimes there's envy there, but a good joke, and an awkward chuckle always breaks it up. Obviously brothers tussle but it's never anything that would keep them apart for long.
  
• Jayanti//Herd// She is a special area in Zeph's mind, he's not sure if he has any sort of feelings about her, but she is amazing to be around. She is always up for whatever he has in mind and same for the ideas she has for fun in the caverns. If he isn't spending time with Argus, Zeph and Jay are off gallivanting again!
  
• Rhiannon//Herd Lead// He's terrified of her, she's quick, intelligent, and sharp as her eyes would suggest. She can always catch him in some random act and scare the devil out of him. But he also admires her to no end, her independence and leadership abilities are something he takes notes on.
• Eros//Herd Foal// He's a scamp who has a mind for trouble, and is usually hanging around Zeph, looking for any way to get involved in an adventure. Zeph knows he looks up to him and tries to be a good role model, but it's usually along the lines of 'do as I say not as I do!'

• Dark water in the caves\\ Many times he's heard the pit falls of water so dark and covered you couldn't tell it was actually so deep as to swallow you whole. And because the water is so dark once you are under, you never know which way is the surface.
• Confined spaces\\ He will avoid any area that touches his flanks, if it's to small to walk into freely it's much to small to back out of when something happens.
• Being alone\\ This terrifies him, he always keeps someone near by, it might be annoying to Argus sometimes, but usually he wouldn't go anywhere without him. Just the thought of being lost in a dark place chills his soul to the bone.

Personality: Although Xena is Argus' full sister, there are many that would argue this fact based on the difference of them alone. Despite their similar looks, Xena and Argus are night and day.
Independent
Unlike her outgoing and boisterous brother, Xena is reserved, poised and contains a wit as sharp as a knife. She doesn't not busy herself in the social circles that her brother does simply because of the social wall she has built. When she does socialize, her humor is often deadpan and morbid so only some chrys with open senses of humor may find her amusing. When she does get to know you, she is actually very sweet and relaxed, taking on a joking and teasing manner even.
Curious
Xena often finds herself drawn to things she doesn't understand (unless that happens to be another Chry that is). She loves to build her vast expanse of knowledge and spend her days observing things in motion in steadfast silence. There isn't a topic that does not suit her interests, be it the cracking of rocks made by the heaving of ice to sea nettles. She will often share her newfound information to anyone she is close to. If you're really lucky, she'll take you with her.
Daring
Xena may seem like the type to run on control and order, but that does not stop her from getting adventurous. She loves to try new things and cause a little bit of trouble now and again. She also loves making her brother's life a little more interesting than it already is. Makes for good small talk when they're old.

Ok! Sorry about being so late, RL's been crazy and I haven't had the energy to pick between these amazing forms.

After a lot of deliberation, I've decided that the winner is Hell Hound! While the coding was perhaps not as neat as some of the others, the amount of effort put into both the personality and the art really made this form stand out. I can tell that a lot of time was put into it. Congratulations. c:
