Hey Syd - Sorry for double posting, but just wondering if we can start training etc. I'd love to have her trained today if possible! Or is the training different to normal horses? I've read over the information on the program but still wasn't too certain

Yes, you may! <3 Training for these thoroughbreds is basically twofold: official training (the +3 stuff) and then the character training (which doesn't affect the stats of the horse but is essential to the program) ^^ So you're totally good to start today!
