welcome to the tack tolter raffles!
were, 9 foundation tolter mares and stallion and one mare/stallion from a special breeding will be chosen to be tacked up and adopted out!
all the owners of the tolters will be drawn from a raffle with 12 or 14 contestants per horse.
each horse will have a copy with tack, without tack, with a braided mane, and without a braided mane. each will be transparent.
now for the rules of these raffles!:

~You may only win 1 tack tolter. therefore, if you entered another competition and won a horse with your entry still in, please strike it out.
~Please do not get upset if you don't win. These horses were created as raffles to keep the playing field completely even.
~Tack tolters may be bred together, but the tack cannot be passed on.

As a challenge for a custom, if you draw 8/10 of the tack tolters, you in turn win a free custom. they may be together, in pairs, or alone, etc...

and finally... keep it happy! These were meant as a gift to the bear run community as a whole, so please keep it as such! good luck!
