They actually don't do anything besides wake them up more, they are actually cappuccino in potion bottles to make them look even cooler and give the the refreshing idea of super powers.

Fasir's potions can give you two things. One gives you the gift of well..sexiness so that those that may not have been "blessed" with a face such as his you have a chance to live beautifully as he thinks he is ,however the other potion can immediately cause you to be as ugly as his inner personality. He only allows you to take one and he does not tell you which is which as it is his way of judging people's true intentions.

Sure some day he would like the idea of kids but he doesn't really think that there is a parrapup on earth or beyond that can honestly stand him for more than a day. With his bad yet flirty attitude most relationships don't last long, like not even close to the time where he would think about kids so kids aren't his top priority for a while.
