biggest insecurity ; whenever jinx gets nervous or scared, he starts to get nose-bleeds and begins
to cry. he can't handle it, but whenever it happens, it just gets worse; especially when in public.



why does this happen ; it isn't a disorder, or a disease. jinx has a little birth defect that whenever
he is overwhelmed with nervousness or he is afraid, he begins to bleed and cry excessively. when this
happens, it wont stop unless he calms himself down, or he places himself in a tight space. these few
ideas seem to help him calm down and clean himself up.



what comforts him ; a tight space. luckily he doesn't have claustrophobia so this helps his nerves
calm down to a low amount. another helpful strategy and most successful would have to be him
listening to his music, or creating his own music. yes, jinx is a dj and works in some night-clubs
in his spare time. but, he is too afraid to publish anything because he is afraid that others would
not like any of his music that he loves to create down in his man-cave.



how did he get his crystal ; jinx took a quick week trip up to the Himalayan Mountains during the summer. he needed to get away from a lot of the troubles back in his hometown. it was the last day of his trip and he knew he would never return to the cold abode. there was a little shack with very rare crystals and gems from deep in the earth's crust. yet, everything was way out of his budget and there was one crystal that was in a glass case. he asked the old man about the glowing crystal encased in glass, and he mentioned how it came from the center of earth and was created when the earth was born. jinx asked the old man about something on the other side of the shop, and then ran to the counter, broke the glass and took the crystal. he never saw the elder again. jinx regrets his decisions that he made, but recently found news that a few days after he left, the old man passed away from a numerous amount of heart attacks.



a brief moment in history ; "this is for all of you single plums out there. rock it out my single friends!" jinx said, with one headphone on and the other off. he looked around on his computer for a nice dubstep song and hit the enter button. the song soon began to play. he took his headphones off of his ear and wrapped them around his neck. he got up from his studio chair and walked out of his soundproof room towards his kitchen. he grabbed a can of pepsi and a package of biscuits and walked back into the room just in time to place his headphones on and fix his microphone. "hope you all liked that little song. now i'll play one of my own creations. i really hope you lovelies enjoy it." he was about to put on his most recent dubstep song when he began to bleed from his nose. forgetting that his microphone was still on, the people on the radio station could hear him on the verge of tears and very quick scuffling to clean up the blood. that one day ruined his life. he had to take on a different name. so, he changed his original name to jinx.



personality you say ; the world has changed so much since jinx was born. the world along with his personality and his interests. jinx was quiet, smart, and insecure all his life and still is to this day. due to some problems in the past years, he came up with new interests to get into. he began to play games, mainly adventure and puzzle games. he just started getting into a bit more violent games like team fortress two. it has little blood, but it is very skillful and makes you think. due to him being so smart, he always won school fairs, but was too scared and nervous to get into states. due to his condition, standing in front of large crowds makes him cry and bleed, which in effect embarrasses him. he likes to keep himself concealed and loves to create music. he had an incident, making him change his original name to jinx. he was a dj once, that was a catastrophe. now he spends his time in his soundproof room as a radio producer.

Ins, at the age of 18, began identifying as agender. They decided to use a gender-neutral name to match their new identity, and came up with Insec. Insec is the first five letters of the word "insect", representing their tough exterior (like that of an insect's), but also the first five letters of "insecurity", representing what lies just underneath that outer shell. They tend to go by Ins, for its simplicity.

Though biologically male, Insec has never followed standard male behaviors. While a part of them still clings to their old identity for its familiarity- after all, they were male for 18 years- they are relieved that they no longer feel that their identity conflicts with them as a person.
