[what do her/his FAKE. FAKE.potions do?] They do whatever Zoe needs them to do at the moment. Trouble sleeping? Sleeping potion. In pain? Painkiller potion. Feeling sad? Joy potion.
Whenever you feel in need of something, these potions are just the ones for you, she swears. And she will do so in such a sincere tone that even if you know that there is no such thing, you will start to believe that maybe, maybe it will work. This method works especially well on children, much due to her easily gaining their trust and truly understanding their feelings more than most adults do. And due to them believing what she tells them, they often actually do get better - in that way Zoe uses the placebo effect to actually treat them. Even if there is nothing else but regular water in those colored bottles.

[ kids?] She doesn´t have any of her own at the moment, but is definitely planning on getting some in the future. She has the mind of a kid herself, always searching for adventures and coming up with games for everything. Adults generally tends to bore her with their need to take everything so seriously, and so she prefers to spend her time with like-minded children. She adores their creativity and ability to live in the now. If (or rather when) she gets kids of her own, she would probably spoil these in means of attention and entertainment, perhaps to the point of becoming embarrassing (especially once they enter their teenage years...).

[what do her/his FAKE. FAKE.potions do?] The blue potion allows her to transform into her "griffin" state. In this state she has longer talons, energy wings, and her eyes, beak and talons glow blue with electric energy while the rest of her appearance turns pure white. This is a last resort potion, only used when her life depends on it because that's the only one she has. The purple/green potion allows her to go long periods of time without food for when she goes into her "Shaman" state. She meditates for long periods of time, constantly trying to find an answer and this potion was something that she could make easily in orer to keep her alive during these meditation periods.

Personality ;; Gwen is bold, adventurous, daring and courageous! At least... that's what she likes to think. In all truth that's more a stigmata surrounding her than anything else. She is, by temperament, very kind and softhearted, though she tries to hide this portion of herself from others. Gwen puts off a dauntless front and tends to seem grouchy rather often, even though realistically she may not be. It's hard to get past her tough outer layer of sarcasm and grumpy demeanor, but once you get closer to her she's much more gentle and soft-spoken than one might imagine. Born in Australia, she has a strong accent and a strong affinity for animals and nature. She has many adventurous stories, though more tame than her exaggerated fisher's tales, of her life back in her homeland and birthplace. Gwen has a hidden soft-spot for children and flowers, though again she's slow to show it.

Why Pretend? ;; She pretends to be stronger than she actually is so she doesn't disappoint people. Honestly, when she came to her new residence with the majority of the parrapup population, they expected her to be some grand Indiana Jones, or a witch or perhaps a potion brewer. All of which, were things she was not. In fact, far from it. Gwen took up a hobby in crafting elixirs and dyes from colors, flowers and juices in Australia, however, and at that point she decided she'd be someone she wasn't. Desperately, Gwen didn't want people to hate her, so she fascinated them with bold stories, mildly exaggerated, of course, and dazzled them with odd and interesting potions, the effects of which she would never reveal. To most she seems like a grand adventurer, and while that is true to some extent she'd much rather sit and braid flower crowns than run from stray rampaging boulders.

Potions? ;; Potions? What potions? You must mean the bottles fastened to her sides! How silly, she forgot we were calling them that. Well if you must know, then the 'elixir' in them are constantly changing. The blue bottle is typically filled with a home remedy for cuts and wounds. It disinfects cuts, burns and all other miscellaneous wound one may encounter, and seems to stop the bleeding a bit faster. The smaller vile contains a faintly glowing substance, though honestly the bottle itself is the glowing item. The liquid itself is simply that, liquid. Usually a color or dye, she uses them for painting or marking faces, trees or locations when meandering around and adventuring.

Kids? ;; Gwendolyn absolutely loves children! While under her charade she seems to be the hero every child aspires to be, a cool Australian adventurer who boldly goes where no man dare go before, though honestly she loves kids! The idea of having her own is scarier than any vast adventure, but she loves babysitting or looking after local children.

So, as nobodies answers have ever been the same, nobody actually knows what the potions are supposed to do - aside from Vice himself.
The tale goes that for some it causes pain while causing the most beautiful of dreams to others. Some even went on to call it ' the karma potion '
However, Vice never wanted any of those things. He's been locked away, mixing, pouring and measuring for a very different reason - to find a real life locator potion.

For one night, he dreamed a dream of kids - kids that looked exactly what he imagined his offspring to look like. so now he is sure that he has kids, somewhere. maybe in the past, maybe in the future. for now he is desperately trying to find a potion that would end his crazy loneliness - a potion that is going in the very opposite direction.
