Congrats on winning Scorcher! The marking was, in fact, inspired by a pegasus' wing.

(Sorry for the late response. I've been SUPER busy with school lately.)

HEX codes can be obtained from clicking the "color me in" button underneath the image. After that point, you'll see a white-ish grey-ish box in the upper right-hand corner of the screen filled with the colors I used to make this Voxxie. Click any of the colors, and the palette on the lower left-hand side of the screen should go to that exact color. To get the HEX code for the color, look at the palette on the lower left-hand side of the screen and click the bar of color underneath the palette. This will bring a pop-up box to life - within this box is the HEX code for the color.

HEX codes are very useful because one can order art of the character and have the exact code for the exact color of that character. Basically, it makes ordering art of the character a LOT easier. It also helps if you want to draw the character digitally, as you'll have the HEX codes for future usage.
