Keetins are small, agile mouse creatures that live within the trees of any forested climate in the world. They can't run very fast or fly, but they are terrific at leaping and climbing, despite their short limbs. These little guys tend to be tamed as companions and will often be seen riding their handler's shoulder, pockets or hiding in their hair. Keetins will never grow any larger than a squirrel, baby Keetins (called Kits) can be as small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. A Keetin's diet consists of their favourite food, Strawberries! However they are also seen eating other fruits and sometimes cakes.
A group of Keetins is called a Keetai (pronounced key-tie). They communicate through a series of small pips and mews.
When happy, a Keetin will release a scent from a gland inside it's ear, making it smell beautifully like strawberries.

Kuro is a quiet and silent one, rarely speaking, but he does love to hang out with others and is rather sly. He can be a back stabber, as long as he gains something from it. He stays in the back and listens. Kuro is very cunning and smart, he is also very protective over what he calls his and his very close friends. He does have a very habit of never talking about his problems or feelings. He always keeps them, trying to deal with them alone. he hates when others try to pity him, so he tries to act as strong as possible by adopting a strong and silent type personality while on the inside, he is a broken soul looking for a place where he belongs. Even today, he still searches for that place, or somebody to help him find that special home. He can be very off-handed, cold, and rather naive. Sometimes, he says things without warning, and most of the time, they can annoy others because he hates sugar coating his words, so he rather blunt and honest.

History;;
As a child, Kuro was always different. His parents noticed that. He was quick to catch onto things and very smart, easily wiggling his way out of trouble with a few simple words and ideas. As he grew up, he built up his skills and honed the ones he had. Yet he realized he didn't truly belong. He started to search for a place where he fit in once he was old enough to leave his parents. He searched and searched, becoming a known wonder and drifter, but he settled down soon enough in with another group of Keetin. There he stays, just happy to have a home even though it is not temporary.
