name: EpimeliaIn ancient Greek mythology, "Epimeliads" were nymphs who were the protectors of sheep and goats, with hair the color of undyed wool.
gender/sex: female
domain: She tends to linger among the ruins of Greek temples, as well as hanging around flocks of sheep, driving off any predators and keeping the flocks safe. She stays well out of sight of any shepherds and farmers, peacefully guarding their livestock only while they aren't watching.
personality:
elusive • nomadic • introverted • protective • diligentEpimelia is a quiet iqena who doesn't say much, if she speaks at all. She is nearly impossible to find, unless she wants you to find her, as she prefers to either be in the company of sheep or on her own. A wanderer at heart, she has never stayed in the same place for too long, and moves around to her heart's content. She likes to watch the sky change throughout the day, and likes to immerse herself in nature, observing and never interfering. The only exception to this is guarding the flocks of sheep she gravitates toward. When Pim is around, her tireless persistence ensures that no animal nor force of nature would dare to harm a hair on their heads. She is fiercely protective and takes her "work" very seriously. If a predator approaches a flock she is watching over, she will stomp her hooves, flare her wings to look as big as possible, and aggressively charge straight at anything that gets too close, using her horns to drive the point home if need be. But at the end of the day, what Pim desires most is to be recognized for her efforts and shown a little kindness, here and there, instead of being met with fear, as mortals tend to do when they see anything they don't understand.
