Hazard Cats are felines with long limbs and robotic parts. Their tails are made of metal with some form of energy in the center that holds it together. Glass screens are installed into their chests that show the cats' health in the form of a heartbeat, glowing orb, or even something else. The color of the glow on the screen matches their eyes, which typically have hollowed pupils. Some cats have static on their screens, but beware. Those cats are as dangerous as they are rare. Grates are positioned on each of the cats' sides and aid in breathing. Depending on the cat, steam, mist, or liquid can come from these grates. They have three eyes, but the one in the center is almost always taped down or covered with a band-aid. This is done due to the hidden and sometimes dangerous powers that the third eye contains. Large eyes allow them to see in extremely low levels of light and their big ears help them hear potential prey miles away. Thanks to their strong legs, Hazard cats can reach speeds up to fifty miles per hour and leap near ten feet up.

personality:illuse has mpd (multiple personality disorder) and will often switch personalities depending on his mood. one specific other personality is 'puppetmaster' that uses the power of his third eye to hold other hazards captive in illusions, loving to mess with their minds. this personality is perhaps one of the worse personalities illuse could shift over to, for it sometimes ends up with others becoming injured. with that being stated, illuse is, while dangerous, is still outgoing and loves company, even though for the most thats supplied by slash. he is also, oddly enough, more so a nature lover then you'd think and spends time caring for a small garden even though most plants die quickly. Illuse, when himself is boisterous, and a book-loving nerd, spending time reading some new books he found to slash for the fun of it.
bat personality:slash is more or less like a care-taker, for she helps keep illuse in sane mind and sane body. she is brash and a hard thinker, and would die to defend her hazard friend at any cost.
story: illuse was walking through the park with slash nestled into his fur. illuse sat underneath a tree to watch the other hazards frollic and play around the area, trying to ignore the voices in his head 'no, i will not let you take over puppetmaster...' he thought frowning at what his unstable personality wanted. he shook his head and tried to focus on a butterfly. eventually as time passed illuse had let down his guard and puppetmaster sprung at this chance, taking over and looked around for the nearest hazard. "ooh, that one and that one look perfect for my new trick..." he grinned before bringing an illsuion around him and the two hazards and went straight to playing around "theres no escape from me... dont fight it, friends.... i only want to play around with you in your nightmares"cackled puppetmaster, while illuse fought for control of his body again. slash squeaked and tried to snap him out of it, but to no avail. puppetmaster eventually got bored and broke the illusion "have fun explaning this illuse..."grinned puppetmaster before illuse regained control 'oh no...oh no. oh no!' he thought before taking slash lightly in his jaws before he rushed off, not wanting to get caught for something he couldnt control...

Halloween jumped across buildings. They made them so close now, didn't they? He watched Lamia bite into a powerline, and soon after panicked voices from a few nearby houses. Power lines these days, so easy to bite into! Humans were absolutely stupid. Bats and Hazard Cats were obviously THE best. Hal eventually managed to get off the buildings, and sat in an alleyway. The first human to come by, a woman, was holding a purse. How dependent human females were on those idiotic bags these days...it almost scared him. Hal leaped behind her and bit the bag, as the woman tried to slap away Lamia. When he heard a squeak from the female bat, he frowned and created the illusion of a brick wall.

Letting Lamia rest on his shoulder, he hissed and ran away to behind a building. "Lamia, are you okay?!" The bat squeaked in response, stretching out a wing to show a mark. There was nothing too serious, but it still hurt. "I'll kill the woman. Kill them." Lamia let out loud squeaks, as if telling him No! Don't do it! The Hazard Cat sighed. "I guess you're right, Lamia. I'm going a bit too far..."

Salem is an eccentric hazard. Instead of participating in the action and noise of everyday life he prefers to watch on the sidelines, a quiet observer waiting for something interesting to happen. However, if Salem doesn't find something to cure his boredom you can be sure he'll create one. Using his manipulative powers of illusion he does everything from harmless disappearing pranks to causing mass panic with the illusion of some kind of beast. Though with all the trouble he causes he has good intentions at heart. Terror is one thing, but Salem secretly can't stand seeing someone in pain. The mere sight of blood makes his fur stand on end and sends him into a quite clumsy panic. But this is the only time you'll ever see him lose his composure, most of the time he keeps a calm yet deceptive air about him which makes him seem both intriguing and untrustworthy. Because Salem has very few friends (Though sometimes it seems that Midge is the only friend he's got.) He's gotten used to a introverted life, but inside he wishes people would stop being pansies and accept him however weird he may be. No one is normal after all so why act that way?

Midge is somewhat like Salem's dog if that makes any sense. He found her in the attic of an old opera house, left behind by her colony at a young age. He took care of her and as a result she never leaves his side, although sometimes he wonders if it's just because he gives her food(Even if she can hunt her own food she is a remarkably lazy bat). Salem has a feeling it's more than that, it's that she's grateful and he's pretty much the only family she has. Though Midge doesn't possess the level of intelligence that Salem does he thinks of her as a companion instead of a pet. They both need and depend on each other, but what makes their friendship beautiful is that they would stay together even if they didn't
