Delta Velorum Foxes are tall looking foxes that are only located on the remote planet of Delta Velorum.
Standing between 2 - 2 1/2 feet at the should, Delta Velorum Foxes are very tall in appearance compared to Red Foxes on Earth. They tend to be long legged in appearance and are well known for their endurance and agility. Males tend to be more muscular then females while female are more slender and elegant in appearance. A Delta Foxes fur tends to be very soft and short, and come in a wide variety of natural colors. It is not uncommon to see them in roans and dun colors similar to horses and are commonly seen in cat colors and patterns as well (such as calico, tabby, bengal markings ect). However the combination of colors and patterns are limitless, and each Delta Velorum Fox is different from the next. No two are ever the same in looks. Delta Velorum Foxes can come in any eye color and combination - no matter if it's natural or unnatural. A fox with two or more eye colors (known as Heterochromia) is uncommon but not unheard of.

Name: Colin
Gender: Todd
Personality: Reserved, Quiet, Curious, INFJ personality type, not very sly, afraid to get in trouble.
History/story: The young kit stared up at the vixen his hot tears rolling down his cheeks, her jaw dropping, and time stopping. She shook her head ferociously and shoved him into their den. Once safely inside, she scolded Colin quiet clearly. "You are not. You will be the normal Todd that you are and you will rid of such thoughts! Clear them from your mind right this instance young man. How will you ever be Alpha of this clan with such things in your head?" Colin looked down somberly and walked past the vixen and ay down at the back of the den, covering his ears over his head with his paws. Why would he want to become an alpha over a clan that has five members, including him and his other? Colin knows respectively that he I a follower, not a leader. His mother raced after him and snapped at him, her tooth snagging on his right ear leaving a hole and a rip in it's wake. Colin screamed out in agony. Not because of his ear, but because his heart began to hurt with the fact his mother could do such a thing to him. Through his wailing, he looked at the vixen and yelled at her, "I'm leaving forever and never coming back! I never wanted to be an alpha!" The vixen stared down at her son with a stare so vile that it made Colin's stomach turn summersaults. "You wonder why your father disowned you. We never wanted you to stay here to begin with. You should've died with the rest of our litter." Eyes wide and heart pumping, Colin ran out of the den quickly, chasing after the wind before him and to tramp upon a perpetual journey.
Once he was sure that no one was following him and he was miles away from home, he dropped to the ground, his little chest heaving greatly for air that he felt might never come. The last words his mother had said rang in his head over and over again and his ear was on fire. He had heard the story about his other siblings once from his-their? father. He and his mate, Colin's mother, were in a rather large clan that had very strict rules. One was for no one to have kits except the Alphas, and they had broken that rule. Once the alpha heard, he murdered all of their kits except one, Colin. He accidently missed Colin amongst all of the other kits. It was a miracle that he lived through such a thing, and his parents knew it. They had at least one kit left, something to hold onto, and so they ran away at dark when everyone was asleep and founded their own clan instead. His father never was proud of Colin. Always made him feel like a failure, as if he could do better. He never could figure out why his parents hated him so much for living. Now she had a new reason to hate him. Colin's father had passed on when he was quiet young still, but his mother always made snide remarks about how it was Colin's fault her mate had died. I they just would've stayed with their old clan, maybe.. Maybe he'd still be alive, she thought. And now she hated him for liking both Todds and Vixens, an attraction he'd felt since he's been old enough to know what relationships were. He knew better than to try and talk to her about such a subject, but he felt alone.. He was so tired of feeling alone. And now he was truly alone. Where would he go? What would he do now?..
