~Personality: Rowena used to be quite the sweet little lady, back when she thought she was a normal sort of Kami. When she found out she had power over flames however...Other females began to pick on her. And not male would have her because they were either: A, too scared of what her powers could do, or B, thought she was a witch and attacked, and because of this she has begun to think of herself as a witch. She has set up barriers about her heart, seeming cold and uncaring for others. But a certain sparky Kami may yet melt her heart....

Extra: -She has developed quite a crush on Askr, so have a story-
A pretty smaller Kami fae with long red hair and fire ability, Rowena was called a witch for as long as she could remember by the males and the females she would be picked on by. So, she decided to take it upon herself to start thinking of herself as a witch, and if other Kami tried anything she would burn them...Not a very nice idea, but hey, they were not at all nice to her...She found a small wooden dwelling that was seemingly abandoned, already surrounded by a small wrought-iron black fence with a small gate, and surrounded on three sides by creepy dark pines. Using her limited skills at hand-work, she made carvings of ghostly things and she found skulls and pegged them on the door, some trees, and the fence. She also used her flame to light two candles in the windows, that she found and figured out, and a small lamp-like device inside a metal 'box' open on one side.

Well, while she was living out here in this creepy 'witch house' the fae began to get bored one day. She made her way from the dwelling and bypassed where all the other Kami were to go out to a smaller more quiet side of the forest, and there was where she found a gray Kami that seemed to have as much distaste for bullies as she, or so she hoped as she watched him. She saw him tapping, and then she saw the fire that came from one of his paws and she gasped. As she watched him turn at the gasp, she jumped back and gave a low warning growl, then tipped her head as he beckoned her over. She smiled a bit as she walked over, and showed him she too could make a flame.

The gray male seemed taken aback to see another Kami with a power as his, and he asked "Where did you come from?" She softly said "The dwelling others call 'the Witch's house'...They all think I am a Witch..." He shook his head as he said "Oh no, my dear, you are no Witch. You are special, like me." Rowena smiled at this, and asked if he would like to be 'friends'. He seemed to like this idea and told her yes. She began to develop a crush on him, and wishes to tell him soon.

Personality:

Aslaug is usually extremely calm and put together. Her expression seldom changes from the passive look that it appears to always have. Occasionally she will give out small smiles, but this is rare as she doesn’t have many friends or family where she is currently residing. She still interacts with others, the customers she sees regularly, but she doesn’t really try to make friends. She is pretty reserved about her personal life in general, and finds it a little hard to connect with people enough to become trusting friends with them.

Most people are put off by the fact that she doesn’t talk much in the first place. She is the type to explain things in actions rather than words. Sometimes, people will even get scared of her because of the power that she possesses. This doesn’t bother Aslaug, and she just calmly tells them to never come back to her shop again.

On the occasions that she does get at least a little excited about things, such as creating a perfect piece of work, her eyes and horns will glow, giving off a warm heat. She tries to control her fire powers strictly for work; especially because it is a huge hazard if she happens to get mad enough.

One major flaw that Aslaug has is that she can have a very short temper about certain things. She has a little bit of what would be considered OCD, and gets very irritable if somebody messes with the arrangement with anything in her shop. Despite her standoffish nature, she is also very protective of anybody around her that she deems a good person. If she is ever out and about and sees a person in trouble or being hurt by somebody else, she has to tamp down her powers with the amount of rage that she feels.

Either way, she is very happy with her current situation, and is mostly calm these days.

-- The Blacksmith:
Aslaug's pride and joy is her blacksmith shop. She started when she left home, deciding that the best use of her powers were to concentrate them to help others. She also loves creating things with her own two hands. Now, she can make almost any metal object requested of her. Though, she is best at making swords and other metal weapons.

Her powers are extremely helpful because it means that she does not need a furnace; she can just use her own hands. Aslaug usually starts off a sword by holding the raw metal and then slowly releasing her tight hold on her powers; heating her hands to scorching levels. She then takes the heated metal and melds it easily into the shape it needs to be, sometimes with her own hands or sometimes with a metal hammer, which was the very first metal piece she made. This process of molding continues until it's done, and then she dunks the finished sword into cold water to set it. Aslaug can usually create 3 swords on a good day.

Even if she is known for er blacksmithing, she still does not get many requests. The customers she does get are regulars, coming back to ask her to fix a dent in something of theirs, or sometimes asking for simple and small metal pieces to be made. She believes it's because most people want to learn how to forge metals themselves. She's just lucky that she has a natural born aid to help her.

Dang it... I tried to catch this one after I got off work! Congrats to whoever is picked though! She's is amazing! I'll try for the 200 one if this is a sneak peek of sorts at what's to come.
