Rukami (Gulo Stantes) are a newly discovered species of bipedal mammals. Though they resemble wolves, they are actually more closely related to the mustelid family, which includes wolverines, otters, and badgers to name a few. Through natural selection, these rare animals evolved to incredible sizes and developed sentient brains along with opposable thumbs.

Her eye, nose, mouth, horns, and paws all glow. Her body temperature is always well above normal and she came summon fire at will, however this power is draining and can literally drain the warmth from her entire body if used too much -aka she can freeze to death in a desert if she uses her powers excessively.

Personality | She has different levels to her emotions. While she has a range of what she feels on a regular basis, based on the stimulus she receives she can go from a one to a ten in the blink of an eye. It is much like it depends on what is put into a fire - something to smother it or to fuel its raging, burning destruction. While some may have hated that they were unpredictable and hard to control like fires, Xipil has fully embraced it. It took many years to fully get there, but she no longer cares since it is who she is. She also no longer cares how others feel about her. While she respects that others will have opinions of her, she won't let any who carry negative opinions of her affect her; she will only step in if it is impacting others or if it involves her healing 'business.'

Job | Despite what most might assume, she has actually chosen to take up a healing route. Some call her witch, some doctor, others medicinal healer. Xipil does not care which title they call her by, she is quite content with the path fate chose her to take. While she mostly uses herbs and poultices, she does also use drinks, elixirs, and gems to help heal others. Though it isn't often, she'll sometimes use her ability to warm her paws and body to help with the healing process - sort of like a heating pad or a hot water bottle, or in rare cases to help one sweat a fever out.

brisingr is...complicated. not in the sense that she
has a double personality, or is unpredictable, or for
other over-used and stereotypical reasons. brisingr
is complicated, and stubborn, and aggressive.

it's hard to reason with this fiery girl. brisingr wants
to believe she's right and only she, due to not having
her opinions acknowledged as a pup. however, if you
were to try hard enough, it is possibly to change the
course of a fire.

brisingr is also fairly aggressive. because of this, she
needs to try keeping her powers under control, though
this is very hard for her as she often acts then thinks.
brisingr is still learning her own strengths - and when
she gets mad, more often than not will flare up. literally.
because of her aggressive nature, brisingr often gets in
fights and is often more tired than a Rukami should be.

brisingr, however hard she may be to handle, has the
warmest heart one could ask for. even though it's hard
for her to connect with others and get along, she really
does care about the world around her and one day hopes
to repay the damage she's done and the pain she's caused.

brief history;;
brisingr was often pushed away as a pup, because
she had even less control of her powers then and her fire
worried the other kami in the pack. because of this, she
became malnourished and once she was old enough to leave
the pack - was promptly suggested that she do so.

she didn't want to leave. she didn't have to leave. but some-
thing tugged her on - curiosity, embarrassment, or perhaps
even fate. brisingr - Fire Lily at the time - had heard legends
of a fire-wielder deeper in the woods, and needed to find
him to quench her own curious longing.

upon meeting the old brute, and becoming a bit of a pupil as
he was her teacher, brisingr have herself the name she has
now in order to distance herself from the toxic environment of
her past. Askr - the other fire Rukami - has become her teacher,
a bit of a fatherly figure as she had none, and perhaps even...a
bit of a romantic interest; though brisingr knows their love will
likely never have a spark.
