WHAT IS A LIGHT COLLECTOR? //
Hello and welcome to Light Collector Adopts! Here you may adopt tiny mystical creatures known as Light Collectors. Light Collectors are very tiny and light, enabling them to have the ability to fly without having wings. One of the first things that one may notice, however, is their very strange glowing tails and horns. The color of a Collector's horns vary in color, and it is thought that the color represents their favorite color of light to ''eat''. Confused? Well, you see, a Light Collector eats or ''collects'' energy from light bulbs, giving them their name. A Light Collector needs to collect light to survive, as it is their main food source. A Light Collector may eat other things, such as fruit, but it doesn't help them very much hunger wise.

This little boy/girl seems to be very energetic- He/she is a speed demon, that's for sure!

Why they like speed so much: Caprice's preferred energy light source is from natural light bulbs, which try to imitate the the light of the sun. This light is so pure and energizing that she can't help but express this overwhelming energy through bursts of sudden activity, followed by a brief reprieve as she re-energizes with a quick nap beneath her favorite light and then she's up and at it again. This is why her name is Caprice, as well, because the impression one gets from her spurts of energy and sudden sleepiness is that she is rather capricious.

Mentari, a name meaning sun because that's what this design reminds me of.

Lightning, a favored source of energy to Mentari, next to the sun for which she is named. She wants to go fast to be like lightning, faster than fast, and always on the move. Though Lightning always comes during storms and only then, she is always out in the storms, racing the lightning. When there are no storms, Mentari hangs out in the sun, gathering energy, and speeding along like nobody's buisiness. She had to build up endurance, because although she was fast, at first she couldn't go very far on her speed. Now however, she could speed along for hours without tiring, provided she brings water along of course. One can't go very long without water, so she has discovered. Mentari is also a very restless soul as well, so if she's not speeding, she's roaming about, and making a mess of things.
