Green Tea is careless and frequently 'leaps without looking'. A "Slippery When Wet" sign won't stop her from charging across a rain-soaked sidewalk. Neither will the bruise she gets from slipping in a puddle and crashing headfirst into a mailbox.
Green Tea has an overwhelming amount of confidence, to the point where she doesn't take care to think things through and assumes that she can do anything and everything without fail. When presented with others' doubts, she brushes them off carelessly.
She's selfish and is the last one to offer help or service. Nothing bothers her more than people who want pity.
She is always completely honest when it comes to things like friends' new haircuts, artwork, and the like. If Green Tea thinks it looks bad she won't hesitate to tell the world! Often reprimanded and scorned for her bluntness, she's slowly beginning to realize that maybe, just maybe, there are times when she should hold her tongue.
History/Background:
It was a hot summer day, the kind where all anyone really wants to do is either stretch out on the sofa in front of a fan turned up to the highest setting, or go wading in a pond with cool refreshing water. For Green Tea's mother, Daisy, neither of these things were possible unfortunately, because she had puppies! Seven of them, to be exact. Daisy was a single-mom who basically spent every minute watching over and caring for her pups. The dad, Daisy's former mate, had died when he was hit by a car while trying to cross the road shortly after the news of Daisy's pregnancy.
The puppies were just reaching the point where they were starting to wander and Daisy had to pay special attention to make sure none slipped out of the nest. The nest was located in a cave at the edge of a birch forest.
"Mama," one pup whined. "Mamaaaaaa!"
Daisy pulled the pup closer to her belly. "Shhh, Flower."
"Tell big boat story! One 'bout you swimmin'."
Daisy sighed. "Okay, but no interrupting. You have to be quiet and listen. Can you do that?"
The pups nodded in unison.
She began, "It all started when I got lost in the big city..."
