Delta Velorum Foxes are tall looking foxes that are only located on the remote planet of Delta Velorum.
Standing between 2 - 2 1/2 feet at the should, Delta Velorum Foxes are very tall in appearance compared to Red Foxes on Earth. They tend to be long legged in appearance and are well known for their endurance and agility. Males tend to be more muscular then females while female are more slender and elegant in appearance. A Delta Foxes fur tends to be very soft and short, and come in a wide variety of natural colors. It is not uncommon to see them in roans and dun colors similar to horses and are commonly seen in cat colors and patterns as well (such as calico, tabby, bengal markings ect). However the combination of colors and patterns are limitless, and each Delta Velorum Fox is different from the next. No two are ever the same in looks. Delta Velorum Foxes can come in any eye color and combination - no matter if it's natural or unnatural. A fox with two or more eye colors (known as Heterochromia) is uncommon but not unheard of.
Variety: Tiny tail, Custom facial markings.

personality;
bridie is a strange mix of traits, like a mix-and-match bag personality. she's strong-willed and very stubborn and will fight to get what she thinks is right and will very rarely be veered off course, she's a little unwilling to accept help from others and prefers to do it on her own - the trait perhaps comes from her head-strength. however, bridie has a strong contrasting playfulness and is very light-hearted and fun to be around when she's not got her mind set on something. she's also very caring, a surprising trait, but kind nonetheless, and sometimes her obstinateness can come in handy when she's decided to help someone.
story;
an easter-themed story
the annual egg-hunt had swung back around, the last one seeming like it only happened yesterday. bridie looked forward to it every year; there was something so exciting about it that she absolutely loved.
she admitted that, there had been some minor skirmishes in the past, particularly when she had found an egg, rightfully hers, and then another fox popped up and claimed they had found it first. it had ended up with an older fox intruding in and deciding that the other fox should have it. how dare they?! she still had a rather sour taste in her mouth from that incident.
anyway, back to the present, where she and about thirty or so foxes around her age awaited the start of the hunt with glee. she tutted in disapproval at a couple of foxes nearby, trying to get on high ground so they could spot where the eggs were being hidden. she didn't understand; what was the fun in looking for eggs if you knew where they were?
and then they were off, as one of the adults raised a rabbit's foot, supposedly lucky, into the air. it was a stampede of tiny, long-legged beasts, their feet pounding the earth and flattening any critters that had the misfortune of being there.
she scanned the clearing where the steady stream of foxes had turned to a slow trickle. bridie preferred the more methodical approach as it seemed to always yield the best results and, after all, slow and steady wins the race. she soon spotted a flash of purple beneath one of the nearby bushes and raced towards it. as expected, an intricately decorated violet egg lay beneath the bush and she quickly added it to her basket.
soon, it was becoming clear that the amount of eggs left had drastically decreased because it was harder to find them and every time she saw a fox dart to where they thought an egg was hidden, they came back almost always empty-pawed.
finally, dragging her now considerably heavier basket, she spotted a grass-green egg, painted realistically with grass stripes and lying hidden, as if waiting for her, in a particularly grassy spot. bridie raced forward to add it to her collection but, to her surprise, someone seemed to have the same idea and they crashed together onto the ground, just behind the egg.
"sorry, but that's mine." the other fox said, too politely for his own good, bridie thought.
"excuse me? i think you'll find i saw it first, and so it's mine, first." she replied with an annoyed growl. what was he thinking, coming over and taking her egg?
"but... i only have one egg so far..." and indeed, as bridie peered into the other fox's basket with contempt, she found that he wasn't lying. there, a rather small, sky blue egg sat all on its own in the boy's hamper.
bridie felt an overwhelming sympathy and pity for the other fox and, letting out a small sigh for this was not easy for her to do, picked up the green egg and placed it in the male's basket. she paused, glancing at her full basket, then took one of her own, and added it to the other fox's collection.
"there." she said with a smile, feeling warm and tingly after doing such a positive action.
the little fox gasped, marveled at the beauty of the eggs and the fox's kindness. "th-thank you, miss."
"call me bridie. come on, let's find some more, shall we?" bridie replied with a smirk, standing up.
"tommy. very, very nice to meet you, bridie." tommy replied eagerly then followed quickly in her pawsteps.

So full of hate were our eyes
That none of us could see
Our war would yield countless dead
But never victory
So let us cast arms aside
And like discard our wrath
Thou, in faith, will keep us safe
Whilst we find the path

The end date hasn't been decided yet but I will post a end date on Monday if that is alright with everyone.
