to exclude people from the privacy of her thoughts.
She especially hates it when people try to sympathize
with her because she's blind. She's very cynical and
has a tendency to scoff whenever someone says
something she doesn't like. She doesn't like showing
her weakness to anyone, even people she's known her
whole life, in fear that they'll exploit it and make
her seem even more vulnerable. One thing that
she would kill to keep secret is that she's a hopeless
romantic who is quite ashamed to admit that she
loves romantic comedies and long walks on the beach.

Her blanket is one she's had since she was little. Rosie
was one of the unfortunate children who had to grow
up with panic disorder and being blind on top of that
especially didn't help her. She tried to keep it hidden
from her parents, which they eventually found out, by
hiding underneath her favorite blanket. That blanket
soon turned into a comfort item for her and it greatly
reduced her anxiety attacks... of course she refuses
to admit that the medication had anything to do with
that as well. In order to make it more stylistic and
match the "tough-guy" persona she admits, she ripped
it in multiple places and fastened it into a cape, every
day apparel.... with her mother's help.

Ferryn is a girl who can't be stopped. She's headstrong,
bold, and doesn't take "no" for an answer, but can be a bit selfish at the same
time. Ferryn is unable to stay in one place for long at all, as she's always craving
something fresh. Thus, she's almost always on the road, going somewhere new.
Ferryn is highly impatient, and while she enjoys company, she prefers to travel
alone. She's incredibly boisterous, though, and very energetic and spontaneous.
Not to mention her constant wit and imagination. Ferryn will come up with the
most impossible ideas, and if she wants it, she'll do whatever she can to make
her dream into a reality. However, Ferryn is also incredibly bossy, and not one
to compromise. She's set in her ways, and stubborn as a mule. Impossible to
tame, Ferryn will do whatever she wants, and won't let anyone else stop her.

Ferryn wears her cloak simply to keep the sun off of her back and the dirt out of
her lungs. As one who tends to wander from place to place, she spends the majority
of her time underneath the blazing sun. And who knows when a breeze will pick up
and toss dust about her face? The last thing she needs to be caught up in a
sandstorm with nothing to protect her breath. At the same time, though, Ferryn is
poor, and not particularly strong. In order to feed herself, she often scavenges.
More often than not, she sneaks a bite off of someone's meal when they're not looking.
But in order to not gain herself a herd of enemies that plaster her face upon every
poster they can find, she covers her features with her cloak, leaving people to look
for a female with orange feathers. It's not a lot to go on when that particular female
has already gotten herself some considerable distance by now.
