What is a Sima?

Simas are cat/wolf creatures basically. Their paws resemble a wolves while their body structure could resemble a cat. Simas are also known as 'Sword Mammels'. This name comes from their tail. The tail is the most important part of a Sima's body. They resemble a sword most of all. They are thick and fluffy at the base and when the go down the tail, it gets thinner then widens into two tail guards like the guards on a sword. The jewel acts like the blade.

The jewel of a Sima comes in various shapes, sizes and colors, in which they make a Sima unique. Their eyes are always the same color as he jewels unless they have a special condition. Simas have a furry body, their mane around the neck the most furry of all. Even their ears are fuzzy. Baby Simas are more so however, with furry lips, poofier manes and slightly larger ears than what their heads would allow.

Simas are omnivores, meaning they could eat anything from fruit to the meat of a rabbit and even to things like candy or cake. Their teeth are sharp in the front with molars in the back to chew with. All Simas live or come from tropical places. Most are house Simas though and are transferred to other locations where they live with humans. In the wild they are usually in packs of ten. They are social creatures so that's good. Some Simas mate for life, while others like temporary mates.

The jewels of Simas glow at the night, illuminating the darkness when they want. Some jewel colors however cause darkness while others cause more interesting powers.

A Sima has two types of horns that are found in the wild. They are uncommon though to find a lot with them. There are long ones and short ones. Babies don't know which they got until they grow up.

Why are they hiding their face?: Timothy likes to be as mysterious as possible. Thus, he dislikes the idea of anyone knowing what his face looks like - he'll wear masks, and, yes, bags on his face in the company of others. He gets a bit insulted and flustered when others ask to see his face. No one is certain if this is really because he is shy, or attention-seeking, or he is a secret agent, or because his face honestly has a scar on it he's embarrassed of, or maybe that he just likes masks and bags on his head - in fact, all five are true... somewhat. He has one badly scarred eye, though it isn't really that horrible looking, acts awfully shy when directly facing someone, though he'll talk for ages if he looks away or does not make direct eye contact, likes to be in the center of attention, though at the same time hates it when others point out he is noticed, is related to a group of underground agents... though he's not a offical member yet and most likely will not be any time soon... (plus all they seem to do is spy on a gardener who they claim is suspicious) and he likes masks and bags.

Why are they hiding their face?: When Dax was younger, he would get a lot of anon-hate on his tumblr blog for either A) being too young and obnoxious on the site (which he was. He was only 12 at the time.) or B) For being open about his gender and sexuality. However, a common thread with these comments was that they were almost always under anonymous, aside from the stray few which were constructive criticisms that Dax misinterpreted as "they hate me!!1". Apart from one that completely changed his view; when someone accidentally forgot to click the anonymous feature. After spending a few moments laughing, he had a whole new view of how cowardly those types of people are. Every time he receives one, he'll respond with a reaction image or gif of him wearing his infamous paper bag over his head along side a ridiculous action to mimic them and show how ridiculous they look hiding their face.

Why are they hiding their face?: Unlike the rest of his body, Tilapia's face is grimy, scruffy, and untamable. Since the rest on his body is so clean and shiny, he's ashamed of his dirty fur. He put a bag over his head so no one would see it.

Tigerlily got bullied. A lot. You may ask, why? Well, Tigerlily is an orphan, still is to this day. Her mother passed away when she was only young. Not the usual car crash. She lost breath when Tigerlily was born, and the only thing that Tigerlily has to remember her is a single strand of her mother's fur. In the present day, as she gets bullied she covers her face, which is covered in scars, inside and outside. Some of these are her own scars. Some are the bullies.
