Paint-Tailed Pythons(PTP) are a unique breed of pythons that have paint seeping from their tail tips. PTP tend to be slightly smaller than their close cousins, ball pythons, females being around 2-3 feet long and males 1-2 feet long. Hatchlings are dramatically smaller at only 5 inches long.
Pythons tend to be quite intelligent, and PTP are no exception. PTP tend to be quite shy when first introduced to their owners, but will warm up quickly and soon become inseparable. PTP have exceptionally long lifespans, and have been known to live for upwards of 60 years.

A simple competition, mainly name and gif comp (the gif should relate to them somehow, doesn't have to be "pretty" in a typical sense)-

It was instpired by my MOST favorite character, Garnet, and that sometimes she can be super silly.
I know its not pretty, but I find it pretty hilarious. Ehh?? No, ok ;-;

Story!:
Mandy decided she would want a good friend for Flapjack (in my sig,) As he seemed lonely with just Monty, and Monty's Girlfriend.Mandy decided to go to the pet store to maybe have a chance of finding a PTP. "No, we don't sell.... Painted pythons?" the clerk sounded confused.Mandy gave up , and decided that she couldn't find one and gave up.Another day in the week , Mandy went past a store. It had fancy people. She ran in to take a look as she saw a beauiful painted python. "She isn't for sale." The man said sternly "She is mine, she is actually a show python, so when you want to show.... yours tell me. We can talk about going into those shows." Mandy walked out sadly with Flapjack and Monty. Late in the month Flapjack finally went out to try to find some fungus.Mandy walked on the crumpling grass as he slithered to feel out some mushrooms, and pieces. He stopped in his path, and turned to Mandy. He brough his neck to her leg, and poked her with his head, to poing to another direction. They turned to see a pretty pink painted tail slithering out of a log. Flapjack slid as fast as he could up to the log. Mandy could hear the faint hisses, then resulting in Flapjack and the other python sliding out together. "Aww..." Mandy remarked. They seemed perfect for eachother.
