▶age;; Toby is 8 years old.
▶personality;; Tobias is a fairly calm plumerian, he tends not to yell or shout anything out, but he does play with his freinds and he gets really exited about his favorite topics and such things. He is shy and he dosent talk much around most adults and kids if he dosent already know them, but when he does, he is a whole new person. He is an energetic (but not rambunctious) person with his freinds, and he is kind and polite around adults outside his family. With his family, he is himself, silly, kind, and curious. Tobias loves animals and is very caring towards him and the people who he is close to. He asks a lot of questions, including a lot of annoying "what if's" such as "what if we were made of chocolate?" "What if my ducky was alive, and, and we were their pets?" And "what if the sky was made of ice cream?". He gets really attached to inanimate objects, it seems like he may have a problem with hoarding things or be really sentimental with stuff when he grows up. He really dosen't like it when other people touch and try to use his stuff, but he has no problem sharing things that aren't actually his. An example of something he's really attached to would be his plush duck. Tobias is always seen carrying it around at home, and he even still sleeps with it. He is very observant, and he listens a lot more to just about everything than most kids his age do. He listens to conversations, and he listens to what people tell him to do, he has probably gotten this (and his politeness) from his strict mother. He likes doing things that most of his age group would be too impatient for as well, like watching the rain and making crafts that are a bit more complicated than painting a ceramic. Tobias is thought of as "Boring" by his classmates and some of his friends because of this. . Like I said before, Tobias actually really likes making crafts. He is actually pretty good at drawing, too, but I'm not sure if he'll stick with it. He doesn't seem all that interested in it compared to other things. He is fairly smart, but he has trouble focusing on things and staying on task, so he really dosen't do all of what he has the potential for as far as learning goes.

Tobias's favorite pastime is going to the beach and collecting shells. He'll spend hours at the beach doing this, he even has a bag to hold all of the shells that he finds. He loves it because it's so fun to not know what you're going to find, it may be a bunch of shell fragments, a half of a shell, a whole shell, a sand dollar or even a rare shell! He loves to wonder about what had lived inside of them at some point, and to look at all of the different kinds of patterns that came from all different kinds of creatures. Every shell is different, every shell is unique. He loves shells because they're pretty, they're unique and they open up an entire world of imagination for him.

Alp;;
Alp and Toby get along very well, they are always playing games together and telling jokes to eachother. they almost never get in fights, and when they do, Toby will end up apologizing for what he did. He doesn't really watch his actions around alp, because he really isn't worried about being told what to do by him or that what he is doing is innapropriate. Of course, he wouldn't really do anything bad around him because he loves his dad and it would really hurt toby if he dissapointed him.They don't really go to the beach together, not because Toby dosent trust him with his hobby, but simply because he believes that he wouldn't enjoy it as much as his mother would. Like I said above, they like telling eachother jokes, probably because they're both super silly. Sometimes he when comes up with his own jokes with him. He usually goes to his father when asking for thing because he is a lot more reasonable and he will listen to what he has to say about it. When they disagree on things, they will get over it quickly or just agree to disagree.
Valentina;;
Toby loves his mother a lot, but he really dosen't like how stubborn she can be when he's trying to proove a point to her, or to make her listen about something she disagrees with. He dosen't ever fight with or argue with her, but I think it's mostly because he's afraid to. She can be very strict, and he really dosen't want to be punished by her. He is always on his best behavior with her, he never does things around her that he would do with his father in fear of being chatsized for it. Even though he is a by afraid to say some things around her, he loves his mother. He feels secure with her, he always knows that she will protect her. He really likes out to the beach to collect shells with her, they both really appreciate it and since they're both so curious. Tobias finds it enjoyable to look at all of the different shells, collect them and wonder about what he can find there. They are close, they do do things together and they do love eachother, but they just aren't as close as him and his father are.
Benjamin;;
Toby likes playing baseball with Benjamin, even though he really isn't good at it at all. He likes spending time with his brother and doing stuff with him, but their personalities don't fit together all that well, they'll get into fights more often than any other family member. He dosen't like how he can be so full of himself. The fact that he's always doing dangerous things bothers him, and he points it out a lot, but it's only because he dosen't want his brother to get hurt. It really isnt easy to work out conflicts with the two, but toby usually gives in first if they're agruing. They are always teasing eachother and pulling tricks on eachother, but they still have a good relationship, they spend time together and they give eachother advice on things. Toby tries to get Benjamin to go to the beach with him, but he feels like he just doesn't appreciate it in the same way that he does.

Tobias gets whisper unlike anyone else in his family, they are both very shy so they understand eachothers struggles. They have a unique relationship, they will spend time together barely talking to eachother. There is an odd peace and energy to it, though. Like the silence was something that they both agreed to and appreciated from eachother. They won't even make direct eye contact a lot of times, just "speaking" by subtle glances in their direction and slight changes in their expression. Sometimes toby will say something nice to her, or offer to go somewhere with her, and they will.

Incendie;;
Tobias considers incendie his best freind, they get along well and their personalities fit together nicely. He likes the fact that he can just have fun with Incendie without worrying about what he does. He likes to run around with him and go on their little adventures, and he really dosen't mind his bossy attitude since he's so used to his mom's strictness and stubbornness. he usually lets him make the decisions and he usually just goes with his opinion, but he does give his imput on things, he just dosen't fight him with his opinion.
Ginseng;;
Tobias considers Ginseng one of his best freinds, but I don't know what he thinks since he's an adult. Toby likes to tag along with him when he's going places to sell tea, he likes to talk with him, tell him what he's been doing, what his thoughts have been like and things like that while they drink tea together. He looks up to ginseng as a person, and he wants to be like him. He always insists on having his parents let him babysit Tobias, because h likes spending time with him.
▶Appearance;;
Tobias is a tall plumerian, he is about half an inch taller than most plumies his age to put things in perspective. He has a fairly slender build as well, just like his father. He looks a lot like him, and he probably will continue to when he grows up. He probably won't develop the muscular appearance that his father posessses, because he really dosen't seem to athletic. He looks much more like his mother in his face, however. He has a thin muzzle and an angled face and his eyes are very defined, though it's not too noticeable now because of the silly faces he makes. His tail is a bit longer than most are, but you wouldn't notice it unless you compared someone else's or looked at it for a really long time. His legs aren't super long, but they aren't short either, and his flopped ears are very pointy when pulled up to be straight.
These are his accessories, or what he wears. He has his bandanna, a bell hanging from his neck and the duck plush that he carries around all the time, but not in public because he's a bit embarrased >w< The bandanna dosent have much sentimental meaning, but the duck plush and the bell do. The bell is supposed to resemble a bell on a dogs collar, he wears it because he wants to be like his father, and he is very proud of them. The ducky plush is something his mom gave him. I won't be drawing him with these, though unless I win him because I want whoever wins to be able to use my art if they want to.
▶favorite things;;
Food
Tobias's favorite food is broccoflower, a vegetable that is a mix between a broccoli and a cauliflower. It may seem strange for someone his age to actually like broccoli, but he dosent mind it because it tastes much milder and sweeter than either vegetable. But the taste isn't why he likes them so much. If it were just the taste that these things possessed, he wouldn't give a second thought to them. He likes them because of their uniqueness. They have such a different shape than any vegetable he has seen, and he thinks the fact that it's a mix between two plants is really cool. Tobias also likes broccoflower because they're really fun to eat. He likes biting the triangle shaped florets off one by one until there is nothing left but the stump.
Treat
Tobias loves peppermint bark! Why? Because it's basically a mix between all of his favorite treats: candy canes, chocolate and white chocolate! He also loves the fact that all of those things blend together so well. Like, he could take broccoflower, a hamburger and ramen and put them together, but that wouldn't taste good at all. But what he could do it take candy canes, chocolate and white chocolate and it would taste amazing. The sad thing for him, though, is that it only comes out once a year. He tries to stock up with as much as he can when it comes around, but his mother always stops him from getting too much.
Item
Tobias's favorite object is by far his duck plush. Tobias's mom gave him his duck plush and it reminds him of her. It makes him happy when she isn't there or he is missing her. His duck keeps him company when he gets lonely, and reassures him that there's nothing to be afraid of when he is afraid at night. He also loves his duck plushy because it's of course, soft and fluffy and cute.
Color
His favorite color is orange. Don't ask me why he likes it, because I don't really have a reason for it. It's just a preference he has to it. He dosent have any special value for the color, nothing. He just likes it because it looks nice.

Well, let's start with he isn't afraid of first. He isn't afraid of spiders, or any insect for that matter. He is actually really fascinated by them, and he likes catching them so he can look at them. He isn't afraid of heights either, or at least he says so. I don't know what he would think in a situation that challenged the fear. He even claims to his mother that he's "not afraid of anything but dinosaurs if they chased him" but we all know that isn't true. Everyone has fears, so what are his?
First off, he absolutely hates speaking in public, being the shy and quiet plumerian he is. It's probably because he really isn't good at it- he gets much too nervous to speak well. Like, what is he supposed to do infront of an entire crowd of people? He will be leaving an impression on probably hundreds of people, what will they think of him if he messes up? He really just dosent want to embarrass himself or get embarrased by another plumerian.
You know that weird superstitious saying, "if you step on a crack, you'll break your mothers back"? Yeah, well, someone told that to him about a year ago, and I guess it really stuck with him because he is really scared of stepping on cracks. If he's walking on a sidewalk, he'll always be doing it looking down, unless he knows the sidewalk/street he's walking on. He actually takes the time to memorize where the cracks are on the streets that he regularly walks on, and he will panic and look for his mother if he accidentally steps on one.
Tobias is terrified of disappointing his parents, the fact that they might think that he is not all that he could be, or that he has done something that makes him less of a good person. He tries to do the best he can in school and he always tries to be on his very best behavior with his mother, but everybody slips up from time to time. When he does, he tends to panic and make a bigger deal out of it than it should be.
He is also very afraid of dying prematurely. It's a terrifying thought, even though it's not likely to happen. Like, what would his family do? What would his freinds do? He is so afraid that they'll be traumatized by the fact that he could be dying that he often dosent tell his parents about little things that he gets until they're unbearable. (such as a cut hat turns into an infection.) He usually panics over little things that happen to him that he can't explain, in fear that it might be something that could kill him. ( like an infection. :P)
▶quirks;;
Tobias talks in third person when he's trying to prove that he is worthy of something to someone, or he is tying to tell someone that he is right about something. An example of this would be;; "Tobias is responsible because he has taken care of an animal before. Tobias should have a cat because of these reasons." And "Tobias is right because 2+6 is six ones and two ones and that's eight."
He also often adds a third step, or a little skip to his walk. He subconsciously does it, he will find himself doing it after a while and either stop or keep doing it depending if there are people around him.
Tobias obsesses over peppermint bark when it comes into season. He will buy it as often as he can, and eat it as fast as he can. He will talk about it nonstop, and he will even make up and tell people facts about it like; "did you know peppermint bark peppermint was actually not made out of peppermint, but regular mints at one time?" Which dosen't really make much sense, and probably isn't true. But those are the kinds of things he says about it, probably just because he wants to be able to talk about it.
Tobias will throw money that he has worked hard for on the floor just so someone else can find it and pick t up. He never does it when his parents are around, though because he knows that they probably wouldn't approve of him "throwing his money away". He likes doing it because he's making other people happy, though. Even though he won't be able to see them getting it, it makes him feel happy that he could be making someone's day.
▶story;;
Tobias stared up at his mother and father, walking along the forest path and talking, sighed and returned his gaze to incendie. The golden plumerian sighed and nodded to him. "You said this would be fun. Can we go explore?" He told Tobias, giving his tail a little flick. Tobias frowned over at incendie, then nodded. "Uh. Yeah. I'll ask. Dad? Hey, dad? Can we go explore?" His father looked over to Tobias, nodded and spoke before Valentina had a chance to say something about it. "Sure you can, but make sure not to go too far, and stay together!" With that, they both took off with speeds as fast as a speeding bullet ripping through the air.
Tobias leaped over a log and onto the steady stream of water that flowed as if it has somewhere to be, disrupting the flow and sending drops of water flying. He looked back to see incendie jump off the log and into the dirt below him, leaves crunching beneath his paws. He grinned over at Tobias, his dark blue eyes like oceans of excitement.
I won't have a chance to finish this in the time that I have, but I will if I win.
▶likes and dislikes;;
Tobias really likes ramen and burgers, those are probably his very favorite foods next to broccoflower and peppermint bark. He also really likes macarons, but he dosent get them often because he'll eat them all if the family bought twelve. He really isn't old enough to appreciate their taste yet, anyways. he likes them because they're sweet, they're colored and they have icing. Another thing that Tobias really likes are birds. He likes watching them fly around, how free and how pretty they are. He likes to imagine what it would be like to fly around like a bird does. Tobias really likes the fall because it has one of his favorite holidays- Halloween, and because of the way the leaves change. Another thing he loves is bioluminescent animals and things that glow. He's fascinated by it and how it happens.
Some things that bother tobias are realistic statues- they freak him out! He also really dosent like super bright plastic and just plastic in general bothers him. He dosent like crowds, and he dosent like loud people, they just overwhelm him. Another thing that Tobias dislikes is eggplants. They look weird, they're a dark, poison looking purple and they taste really weird, too. Realistic Halloween decorations scare him, and he dosent like the smell of avacado.. (but strangely enough, he likes the way it tastes.)

This is just a little thing to show you where my literacy is at/how i'll be rping him and how i'll portray him if i win him. Since I have no plumerians and I can't get someone to write some replies for me with theirs in time, I'll be using "person 2". Person 2 will speak in text that is not bolded and Tobias will be speaking in the text that is. The setting is at a beach.

Tobias;; Tobias flicked his ear and looked in the direction of the noise. He had thought he heard someone calling for him, though the voice didn't sound familiar at all. He got up and out of the sand he was laying in and shook himself out, sending dust drifting out of his coat and back down into the vast expanse of sand that covered the landscape. His mom wouldn't like this, he thought. He really didn't want to make her mad or have her be disappointing in him, but the voice didn't sound dangerous... But what if it was? What if it was a nice kid like him? What if he made a fool of himself? Tobias just decided that it wouldn't hurt to quickly see who it was. "Hello?" he called out, his nervousness evident in his voice. "Did you call me?"
▶His room;;
Tobias's furniture consists of his bed (wich has drawers and a shelf attached to it) his shelf, and his nightstand. His room has one large window in the back. His floor is wooden and his walls are a light cream color. His bed id white with blue designs. He keeps his room fairly clean, but it's not rare to find shells scattered on the floor from time to time. He keeps a lot of shells and shell necklaces in his drawers, and he keeps shells that he is particularly proud of in the shelves attached to his bed. Also there on those same shelves are a few DVD's, a DVD player and a few marbles that he thought would be cool in his room. He has always had a fondness for glowing things,the reason why he has his collection of glowing things up on one of his shelves and his lava lamp. His pet fish, who he actually really adores sits on the shelf as well. His bed is typically unmade, but not catastrophic looking. His duck plush is usually in his bed or with him. On his nightstand rests his lamp and his microscope that he really dosent know how to use properly yet.
▶career when they grow up;;
Remember how I was talking about how curious Tobias was? Well, when he gets older, he begins to become fascinated with science of all kinds, especially how animals work and how cells function. Science will be his favorite subject, and he will always be eager to learn new things about the world that they live in. He would actually take the time to sit and read the textbooks for science so he can get the best grade he can for tests, something unheard of from him. He even goes ahead in the science books just so he can learn new interesting things about life. He has always wanted to help awnser the question of existence, to know why we were made, to know what's beyond our known galaxy, and to know why every single molecule in this entire universe are made of tiny circles known as atoms. He will end up going to college and either getting a career as a Marine biologist (remember how I said he loved going to the beach?) or a microbiologist.

I think that this song fits him because, I don't know how to explain it, but it just sounds like his personality. The way the music goes just makes me think of him. You might be wondering;; "Who is this person who i'm going to give my baby away to? How do i know they'll take good care of them after they get them?" This is the part of my form where you can get to know who I am and what i plan to do with toby if i win him. I have been a member on cs since 2012, and i've seen plumerians and wanted one for a long time, but only now have I gotten the courage to try out for one/found one that I can really connect to. I am currently a non-owner, and i'm not very active on the fanclub because i don't have a plumerian to talk about and to roleplay and do such things with. If am fortunate enough to win him, I will be much more active in the community and I will rp/draw them often.
