It will be a 300 word impress me, and will end in one week (next Sunday).

About the family (Cheerio and Amoy coming soon)
Lina (mom) loves her kids more than anything, and will spoil them every chance she gets. She is, however, ready to keep them from becoming spoiled brats. Hangzhou and Amoy have turned out alright, and now that Lina has some experience raising kids, she won't be as much of a spaz as she was with her first kids.

Cheerio (father) is a very friendly, sociable plumerian. He makes friends easily and is likeable, though sometimes can come off as intimidating because of his loudness. It was because of this that Cheerio makes a somewhat embarrassing father, who isn't very good at relating to his children or their friends. However, he always tries his best and loves Amoy and Hangzhou

Hangzhou (older brother) would be a bit uncomfortable and shy around him at first. After a while of getting used to having a younger brother, he would be more friendly towards him. Hangzhou may get a bit too curious or easily bored at times, but overall he would be loving, always bringing gifts and presents every time he visits.

You're finally there after about an hour of walking. There's not much to do in summer but this, you think before hitting the water. Below the surface, you take a couple of strokes with your eyes shut, and you prepare to take another when your hands hit something furry.
You pop your head out from under, and rubbing water off your eyes, you stare into the face of a very curious (yet scary) moose.
