Lone location: When Vendetta is feeling down or contemplative, and is in need of some alone time, she likes to go to an abandoned mill. It's a run-down blade mill, which she'd come across on one of her walks some time ago. The peculiar man-made buildings and structures intrigue her, and put her at ease when she is tense. To know that anything, no matter how strongly built, can be broken, gives her some sense of relief. And to see it survive for so long after years of neglect, well, she feels a relation to that. Ven feels stronger after visiting this place, and it reminds her that she, too, is strong.

Lone location: Because of her height and slight frame, Tonks is the only hoofed creature on her farm who can squeeze through tiny gap in the broken door of the shack that sits at the edge of the fence line. The little hut with the sagging iron roof looks like it could collapse at any moment, but really its quite a strong mess of wood and old metal junk covered in rust. Inside, there is a small Tonks-sized space in the middle, and sometimes, tucked among the dust and weathered human contraptions, Tonks starts to feel like small dark shadow herself. The mice seem to enjoy her company even if no one else does. Sometimes, light trickles in through that hole in the ceiling and she can watch the floating dust burn up gold against the grey. Often, that's all she needs to take a little break from the big crazy world that rushes past outside.

Lone location: The shrine near her home territory. Kagome goes there to seek guidance from the spirits of her ancestors. The shrine is old and nothing but ruins now, but Kagome finds it very relaxing to lay within its shelter and watch the sunlight dance through the cracks of its roof.

Lone location: Charna likes to walk in the woods, where she can be alone with her thoughts. Her favorite trail, although it is more of just a route, goes up one side of a forested mountain. She goes over the top, and then down the other side. She takes her time, so that she can daydream, or even just to let her ind go blank. While she go other ways, she had found that her path is the one least traveled, and ensures that Charna won't see anyone else during her alone time.

The shadows: because few creatures have a hope of finding her when she goes there, in light of her black-faded coat the color of a moonless night. Whether it is the darkness cast by a huge boulder, the spangled gloom of a thick forest or the growing shades of twilight dusk, Ravenark's first choice for a quiet moment would be in the shadows. The night, especially, is the epitome of peace and solitude for her: in the silent darkness and cool blackness under the stars, she finds space and time to truly be alone.

Trains travel the tracks daily, and even though she knows exactly when they're going to come, Panther does not get off the tracks. She always jumps off at the last second, but maybe she's trying to get hit...

Lone location: Xelina's alone place is on the bank of a little stream in the forest. She likes to wander in there to de-stress, or just reflect on life. It's very peaceful and quiet, a perfect place for some good thinking. Xelina enjoys listening to the calming noise of the clear water, leisurely passing by. Sometimes other animals or even other equids might wander over towards the stream to get a drink, but as long they leave Xelina alone with her thoughts, she won't mind them.
