➛ alp;; [ dad ] sometimes tobia tries to confound his father on purpose, as his own little way of having a rebellious streak. he's generally very close to his father, but gets his moments where he's feeling that he needs breathing room and he often acts out in strange ways but not as often as he acts out with his mother. unlike his father, tobia has a very slight build, only taking after his father in height.

➛ valentinia;; [ mum ] tobia appears to dislike how strict his mom can be, and they sometimes seem to clash, stubbornness causing small and brief chasms between them that are quickly mended. tobia's sometimes sporadic behavior usually has his mother questioning his every move. he seems neutral about her questions, but usually readily answers them, almost like he enjoys the attention.

➛ benjamin;; [ benny ] tobia is usually happy to stand back and let benny steal the attention of others. they often find themselves off on adventures to court with danger, benny boldly taking the foreground and tobia being the backup dancer to his bolder brother. tobia competes for attention with benny in his own way. instead of being upfront and bold, he slips around in the background using benny's antics as a distraction for any adults who may be watching.

➛ overall;; Tobia's quiet demeanor sometimes seem completely opposite to his usually enthusiastic and rambunctious family. When he's alone with them, they can usually manage to rouse him into playfulness at least for a while, his reclusive and focused demeanor fading away. He makes his best efforts to behave when out in public with them, and (in the later teenage years) usually won't tell them that he's going to be participating in a flash mob, instead just quietly fading away unnoticed because of his usual silence in public.

➛ favorite hobby/pastime;; as a smaller child, tobia will prove his contrary attitude from the start, choosing to learn how to dance as almost the polar opposite from his brother's sporty endeavors. ballet will be where he starts, giving a certain fluidity to all his movements. once he hits those gosh-darned rebellious years, tobia will learn of the thrill of flash mobs. he opted to go to a charter school to avoid any bullying that he might receive over being a male dancer, and since he only goes to school two days a week he's allowed more time to practice dance.

➛ contrary;; tobia doesn't like to accept norms and standards, as is evidenced by his love to dance not commonly exhibited by other young boys. he's often trying outrageous things, trying to see exactly how different he can be before somebody reigns him back in and forces him to conform again. he's managed to convince his dance instructor to allow him to play 'female' roles, and will occasionally cross-dress outside of dance (but usually only when he's feeling particularly pressured to fit in).
➛ attention-seeking;; part of his reasoning for the way he is is... simply attention seeking. something about the covert glances people give him as if they aren't supposed to look makes him happy. it's different from the blatant attention that benny receives what with his spiteful behavior and their gutsy adventures. tobia fully realizes that his choices force people out of their comfort zone while benny's 'traditional' escapades are something people are familiar with and know how to address. it gives tobia the comforting feeling of being able to be quiet and withdrawn while still receiving the attention he craves, however it may be given.
➛ stubborn;; a trait the lad inherited from his mother, tobia doesn't back down easily from arguments. it's rare that he'll get into verbal arguments, so instead his stubbornness often streaks through in little acts of rebellion, choosing to sign something one particular way when he's been told to do it another way. it's just another covert way that he gets attention, by refusing to back down and forcing the interaction to be drawn out. he'll stare blankly back at the frustrated adult, a small smirk sliding onto his face as they finally give up. occasionally he'll concede (something more likely the more times he butts heads with the person) just to see if they're thrown off by his sudden agreement.
➛ withdrawn;; to many, tobia seems to be a very introverted, quiet, and focused child. however, he's often talkative once alone with benny, and you can notice that he's almost always making a noise no matter how quiet or subtle. it might be a tiny little hum, a rhythmic swish of his tail or tap of his foot, but it's there. he's definitely focused and rather serious, at least when at 'work'. once he's at 'play' with his family, he's more open, more sporadic, and (more frequently than when in public) has quick quips of wit poised to make his family laugh.
➛ show-off;; while this may seem contrary to his reclusive and withdrawn persona usually given off, tobia is quite a show off in his own way. he won't verbally call attention to himself, he'll just do his best to outshine everybody else. he'll pretend not to notice the people watching, but he still inwardly revels in the attention, satisfied at having been able to silently steal the spotlight from the other children verbally jostling for attention. he strives to have the perfect technique, and sometimes removes to move on to the next item on the agenda if he feels he hasn't done well enough.

Bright Eyed and ready to explore Tobias is usually almost on the run, looking for new places to travel and new sights to see. He is very curious about the rest of the world that he cannot see past his own horizon and is impatient to see the day that he can move around the world freely, without anybody else's say-so. That being said, Tobias tries his best to explore all the places that he is allowed to by his parents, he is almost always trying to run off which causes him to get into a lots of mischief and usually leads to anger from his mother Valentine. With all the places Tobias was able to explore he has many friends from different places and loves to have them tag along on his constant traveling. It is nearly impossible for his friends to be bored around him-whether it be the never ending plans to explore nature, his silly pranks or never ending conversations. He is a complete goofball and doesn't care to show it around strangers, friends or his family, he enjoys the spotlight and loves to make others laugh and smile and with the help of his friends it encourages him to be even more outgoing. Under all the silliness Tobias actually feels very lucky and thankful for all the company he is able to have with him. He is glad to be able to sit peacefully under the stars and look back on all the times he has made the people around him smile and laugh, he thrives on making others happy and feels like its the best thing he could ever do.

Tobias has always had a passion for traveling and seeing the world. In his lifetime he has an ultimate goal of visiting all of the 50 states and being able to spend at least a week in each one. But until he is grown and able to venture on his own, young Tobias has to venture to certain boundaries and doesn't plan to stop until he has visited all the places he can go. With the help of his friends and his little sister Whisper Tobias practically has all four paws outside at all times, whether its venturing down to the creek to investigate the many beautiful fish that live there, climbing the surplus of trees that are in the forest around him or even climbing to the very peak of a mountain to look down at the world in a new perspective. The freedom Tobias feels when he gets to explore the world excites him and makes him want to go even farther. When he climbs to the very top of a mountain he feels like a king, looking down on all his royal subjects and feels almost like he's flying over them like a bird, soaring above his home with his companions by his side. For now his hobby is simply being able to breathe the fresh air of new places and to take in the wonderful sights around him, until one day he can travel all around the world. Sometimes his family wonders what in his right mind would make him want to go out in the wild, where they can only see the harsh things such as the rain and slightly more dangerous creatures but in Tobias's mind he wonders why his family would rather be in the dull outdoors when there is so many beautiful wonders to endure outside. He finds his hobby to be enjoyable and soothing and knows that when things go wrong this is where he can turn to.

Unlike most of his siblings in the family strangely enough Tobias has always felt more of a connection between him and his mother Valentine. Despite her strict demeanor and overprotective ways, he has always felt more safe and protected by his mothers side. Whenever Tobias is having a rough day or problem in life he feels like he can have a serious conversation with Valentine since she takes more things seriously and does not joke around as much as Alp does. Tobias feels as if his mom is the one who really takes care of the family emotionally, since she has been there to comfort Alp from his memory loss to the problems with him and his siblings. He looks up to his mothers comforting and kind ways and the way she is able to solve problems within the family. Even if she can be sort of overprotective, Tobias sees Valentine as a role model and hopes to follow in her footsteps and care about others the way she does.

Tobias is somewhat close to his father Alp, but has never connected with him the way Benny and Whisper have. He loves to joke around with Alp but sometimes finds himself frustrated when he tries to talk to his father, usually leading him right back to Valentine. From Alps careless attitude, Tobias feels like Alp is more of a friend then his father. There is no doubt in his mind that he loves Alp, but he feels that he cant really confine in his dad the way Valentine does. Although Tobias cannot talk to Alp about his problems, he can usually count on his goofy and bouncy personality to cheer him up, and with the help of Alp and his siblings crazy shenanigans it makes him feel a lot better and comforted when around Alp.

Tobias and Benny have always seemed to really click with each other. They normally don't argue or fight a lot with each other and actually have a very close and relaxed relationship. Tobias feels that honestly Benny is his best friend. Sometimes Tobias feels a little overwhelmed about Bennys obsession with baseball. Tobias has never been very athletic in any sport, which leads him to have trouble when he tries to play with his brother. Benny has always been there to try and teach him his ways but unfortunately Tobias has never really understood the sport, which usually leads to him getting thumped in the head with a baseball every time Benny passes it to him. Although he is awful at the sport, Tobias still plays with his brother and knows if he makes a mistake he will always be there to comfort him and try to guide him through it. Outside of baseball Benny has been very interested in traveling with his brother to the places he likes to go which allows them to spend a lot of time with each other.

Nobody really knows a lot about whisper so far, including Tobias. Oddly enough Whisper is one of the quietest members of the family, and for some reason she will only really talk to Tobias. Tobias enjoys being around his little sister, he tries to make her talk but the least he can get from her is a faint whisper or a few laughs when he makes funny faces or a joke towards her. Whisper also loves to tag along on Tobias's adventure's in the woods and nature which makes him very happy since he has a family member that just might enjoy his hobby more than himself. She sticks be his side almost like she's his little mini-me and Tobias loves the feeling that his little sister likes him and enjoys being around him. Tobias is able to introduce her to many of his friends and someday hopes to break her out of her shell so that she can be even more comfortable around him and the family.

Tobias feels like Nutella is one of his closest friends. He admires the fact that she can persuade everybody into thinking she's a complete angel and with that he is able to pull off countless pranks and trick others with her with usually no punishment. Tobias sees that she can be a little demanding at sometimes, but the way that others call her a "spoiled brat" and "rude" he finds completely wrong. He sees alot more to her than that and actually sees her as one of the best friends he has. Sometimes her mixed feelings confuse him and he thinks that there is a reason behind her somewhat greedy attitude. He hopes that if she's sad he can understand if there is something wrong and is always worrying if she is sad. Overall Tobias really enjoys being around Nutella and cares about her a lot more than she may think.

Tobias seems to have a lot of fun when he's around Varen. Since he is very athletic and has yet to set his heart on a sport he is able to have a lot of free time and doesn't hesitate to try out new things with Tobias. Tobias feels that out of all his friends that Varen is mainly the daredevil of the group and from that he can practically do anything with Varen unless it has anything to do with water, since Varen is hydrophobic. They are always getting their paws wet with new experiences and are always making up silly games or daring each other into doing crazy things. Tobias feels that Varen is a great companion and feels that he can always be his crazy self around him.

Out of all of Tobias's friends he finds Vinyl to be one of the ones that interests him the most. Vinyl's hobbies link together with Tobias's and its almost like the both of them just clicked with each other when they first met. Vinyl's love for art and music connect with Tobias's love for the wilderness. Tobias finds his hobbies very interesting and is trying to learn how to paint the wilderness like Vinyl does. Even though he is not as good as he is he still is able to learn a lot from Vinyl and from him is able to see the world in a new perspective. He hopes to develop a ongoing friendship with him and enjoys being friends with Vinyl.

Tobias really doesn't have his heart set on a career yet but he has always been interested in saving hurt/harmed animals. From doing many things in his childhood like swimming in the rivers near his house to walking in the calm forest Tobias has been able to observe all different kinds of animals and has always had a love for them. Someday he hopes to make it his job, he hopes to someday take place in a career that will allow him to take care of injured animals and has thought about being a veterinarian in his future years.

In feral form, Tobias usually doesn't wear much accessories or clothing, Instead of dumping tons and countless accessories on him, he instead uses a single item to express one certain trait he has. In most cases he will wear a single bracelet with one word or phrase that tells others one thing about himself whether it be his sexuality or a piece of his personality. He owns countless bracelets and enjoys making them by himself in his room adding on words each time he discovers something new about himself. Sometimes though it may not be a bracelet, it could be a collar with the word on it or even a bracelet that wraps around his tail. He has a very odd and plain fashion but he enjoys allowing others to learn about himself.

Sometimes Tobias can seem and act a little strange. He has a few quirks that he is very insecure about and are usually caused by others laughing about them. One for example is whenever Tobias is in school. Since he doesn't pay attention to the teacher very well he gets called on a lot, usually not having the answer to the question Tobias panics sometimes shaking and making a faint squeaking sound. He doesn't understand why he does it but he cannot stop it, usually others laugh and others are confused asking if there is a mouse in the room or why is the door squeaking. Another quirk Tobias has is his smile and laugh. Whenever Tobias laughs or smiles his hands automatically move in front of his mouth as if he's hiding his smile. Many people ask why he does this but he honestly doesn't know why he does, its a habit he is trying to break but every now and then he'll still do it.

Tobias feels as if his spirit animal Is really important to him. He actually tries to live by the traits his spirit animal represents and oddly tries to live the lifestyle of the animal. His spirit animal is a snake, representing healing and shows a large source of energy to transform others lives and transition them into better paths. Tobias actually believes that his spirit animal is part of the reason to why he cares about others so much and tries to persuade his mother into letting him own a snake, as he believes it is her spirit animal as well. The whole spirit animal idea has made Tobias develop a growing obsession with snakes and reptiles and believes that they are good luck to him and his family.

Personality; Tobias seems like the polar opposite to his brother, Benny, in
more ways than one. He is what most would consider to be a 'bookworm',
or in his brother's terms, a 'nerd'. Although, he is a good listener and student
so I can see where he got those supposed traits. But don't be fooled by his
innocent appearance. Deep down, Tannar is starting to get more manipulative
and sly by each passing day. He's keen on finding new ways to worm his way
out of tough situations, along with fooling other creatures into doing certain
things for him. It may or may not be a stage he'll grow out of; and it can sure
cause a lot of trouble for him later on in life... if they find out, of course.
Right now, his main focus is to rat out his brother or blame Benny for things
that Tobias actually did.

Other than that, Tannar does have a knack for learning new skills, and is able
to use those wits to complete things that he's never done by himself before.
In his mind, those smarts are a great tactic and power. He can also be quite...
belittling; almost egotistical. Like some other pups out there he doesn't view
others as higher than him, and thus, others are irrelevant or even unimportant.


Talent[s]; Other than his smarts, Tannar does have a specific talent that tends
to stand out from his personality. What is it, you ask? Surprisingly, he's pretty
adept with sports; mostly those involving hand-eye coordination. He wouldn't
have known that at all if Benny hadn't pulled him into a game of baseball and
shown him the basics of the game. Although, it's not something he's particularly
proud of, it's something he can brag about, which is always good. But it's
something that his brother won't stop reminding him of.

Favourite Hobby; Tobias enjoys some of the more simple things in life, and his hobby
is among those things. His favourite hobby is collecting feathers! Inspired by his own
feathers, Tannar put down a paw and decided that he would try to collect as many
feathers as he could. Feathers of pidgeons, falcons, doves, or whatever he could get
his paws on. Sometimes you can catch a rare glimpse of him; flustered and darting
after a feather that's being blown away by the wind.

When handling his precious collection, Tobias makes sure to follow certain steps
that won't result in the feather getting bent or broken. He, with one of his parents
help, will pin several feathers to a board and eventually frame it. There are already
a few frames hanging in his room, or displayed on his nightstand.

Alp[Pa]; Tannar isn't extremely close with his father, but enough so that he wouldn't mind
father-son bonding time. They get along fairly well, and so far, there have been no fights
between them. Overall, Tannar views his dad as a nice guy; and can only return the favour
by being nice in return. Although... he's not to fond of Alp's clumsiness. His dad is always
there for him, and it's a rather comforting feeling for Tobias.

Valentinia[Ma]; Tannar is closer with his mother, more so than his father. She's the one who
is constantly watching over him and his brother, and it brings a feeling of warmth. Even if
she can be a bit overbearing, she's always there; that's what moms are for! Since she's so
strict and so protective of her babies, he can get away with murder if his mom doesn't
know that it was him and not Benny. There have been a few times when he was caught
and scolded for whatever he had done wrong, but a strong trust is still there.

Benny[Idiot Brother]; His relationship with Benny is a bit of a fluctuating one. They are
constantly arguing, even if it's over something stupid. Their personalities clash a little
too easily, but being brothers, it doesn't take them long to make up; especially with
their mother telling them to apologise. Tannar does think of his brother as a bit of
an idiot, failing to notice that Benny is just gutsy and not dumb. There is a some
mistrust between them, due to the problems they both face.

Whisper[Who?]; Tobias doesn't socialize with Whisper all too much. She's a bit much
quiet for his tastes, and sometimes her silence becomes annoying. At one point he
did make an effort to get to know her, but after, he gave up. There is a fair bit of
respect between them, and no troubles; unlike with Benny.

Accessories; Tannar likes to have himself stand out, at times. His most commonly worn accessories are his book-bag, and his reading glasses. He also has a plaid bowtie, although he doesn't wear it unless Benny is out. Various things are to be carried around in his bag, including: many books, the odd baseball his brother will throw in there, an extra pair of glasses, his bowtie, his wallet, and maybe an anime manga he's trying to hide from his family.

Feral Form; Tan is small, more akin to his mother than to his father. His legs are what his brother calls "chicken legs", and his frame is stick-thin. His fur is always kept at it's cleanest[and softest], and is rarely ever dirty. Tannar is farsighted and can't read clearly, so you may see him with a squint to his eyes; thankfully, he has glasses.

Anthro Form; He's what you'd describe as on the short side; having not gained
the tall trait from his dad, and when compared to other child plumerians, he's usually
one of the shortest. The accessories remain the same, placed in similar places on his
wiry body; although the bag is swung across his shoulder. His ears remain floppy, and
often flops over his eyes. Much like in feral form his fur is neat and soft; sometimes
he goes to great lengths and decides to pin his bangs up with some bobby-pins... as
long as Benny doesn't see.

Human Form; Much like his anthro and feral forms, he's short and thin. Although,
now a neatly groomed head of brown hair is added into the mix, and freckles across the
bridge of his nose. His eyes are a good distance away from each other, and his lips appear
to be a bit more thin than normal. Long eyelashes frame his calculating mauve eyes, and
