Izalia keeps a dream catcher with her in hopes to capture the soul of her birth brother who died as a babe. She keeps it with her to keep him in her mind as well as be able to keep him and her in good dreams and in the hands of good spirits and away from the hands of evil. She has only one, the one she carries everywhere she goes; she walks around endlessly at night to try to find an opening to the other side to welcome her brother into her arms, and for him to stay with her in her dream catcher.

Why does she have the dream catcher, exactly? Well, Asta likes to think of
herself as a plumerian whom enjoys collecting things; more specifically,
things somehow involving spiritual beliefs or things that are from diverse
cultures. Of course, her favourite just so happens to be the dream catcher
woven into her hair. It was the first item she obtained, and she keeps it in
there to remind of her of what she does; what she loves to do. It's been
with her through thick and thin [the feathers have even been ripped off]
but it's something that she cherishes deeply.

Why it has the Dream catcher;Long ago when she was just a baby she had to travel a lot with her mother. It was always only her and her mother. One dark upsetting day her mother caught a deadly virus. She was forced to leave her mother. She always dreamed of her mother coming back. But, she never did . Soon enough she stopped dreaming about good things happening . She cried every night she hated being a loner. One day another plumie came to her . She was a blurred vision .She would always tell her Never stop dreaming .Each day she got happier because she saw the plumie. One day the plumie didn't come she was upset but knew never to stop dreaming. So that day she decided she would never stop dreaming. That day a dream catcher appeared and she new its was a sign that the world never wants her to stop dreaming. She also learned the mystery plumie was her mother and she thanked her for it .
