Parrapups, or Parras, are an omnivorous, aviary quadrupedal species that originated from tropical areas, but after they were domesticated, they gained more levels of fur and different beaks. All parras spend a lot of time cleaning themselves, and preening their feathers if they have wings. Parras come with a variety of tails and beaks, but good luck finding one that does! Having a large gene pool Parras also have the chance to show some mutations. They come in a large variety of colors including bright neons and dull greys. All parras are a very social in some way and love to whistle, sing, and chatter to others- Parra or not!

Maybe you could have the contestants list a few flaws of the parra, then they can go into detail about them and how they actually help the parra when meeting others or trying to look for a mate.
or
You can have a contest where the contestants list and explain its favorite night time activity to do alone, and why they began doing it.
or
You can do one were the contestant has to explain the parra's connection to the spiritual world and the stars.

How about, "What is this Parrapup's thoughts on X?" The "X'," could stand for whatever, leaving the options endless. Such as, what is their thoughts on romance? What is their thoughts on thunder storms? What is their thoughts on Halloween? Not only would that be a lot of options, but it would also give some insight to the sort of character that people have in mind for the Parrapup.

...I betrayed myself when I let others have their way.

. A questionnaire about the parra in question. For instance list a few questions for the contestants to answer in the Parra's voice.
. If a Parra saw a glowing hole in the wall, what would they do? And other such scenarios.
. How would a Parra act around their crush?
. Ask for a list of all the things the Parra loves and why.
. Explain their personality in ONE piece of art.
. Explain their personality in ONE word.
. What does the Parra sound like?
. What does the Parra's handwritting look like?

→ A mystery parra contest that goes on for a week, then everyday a different form would to be filled out. Such as the first day the form would ask of the participate to reveal a strange habit that signifies their indiviuality and the the next would be a goof gif or such. Everyday the participate would have to post or they are out of the contest, so it would show the dedication towards that singular parra.
This contest, as said above, demands time and a little loyalty so I wouldn't advise it if you want something short and sweet.

→ Another idea(s) would to be more of scenario questions like;
"What secret do they know that this parra would hate if it was made public?"
"That parra will become invisible for the next three hours. How would they make most of their time?"
"If the parra had no money to feed themselves, how would they go about getting food?"
"This parra gains the power to control storms suddenly, would they use them for good or evil?"
