How would he characteristic his 'connection' with his brother: He has a very strong connection, but once they were separated it slowly fell. I guess you could say they had this connection not many others would probably have. It was like lava, unbreakable, untouchable. Like the double knot that you tie in your shoes and then can't get undone. But then somehow untangled them selves. Ever since then it's been odd with out his brother.

An extra: He lost his bother at a very young age, him and his bother were very close till one day a natural disaster split the two apart. Shim, being the younger one was scared and missed his older bother. Shim was very outgoing before it all happened. Now he stays quiet unless hes around friends. This event changed him a ton, from being a joyful kid to a sad child. He loves drawing and listening to music. It's his escape from the crude world that he calls home. He may look sad but in reality he really isn't. He's sweet and soft and always willing to help others who need it the most.

How would he characteristic his 'connection' with his brother:
They both have a connection that most others don't have. Rider and Jack can tell what each other is feeling. Not in the mystical, magical way (they wish) but they just know. They notice the slight changes in posture, voice and things like that about the other twin, and know just from one look. Even though they are complete opposites, they know a lot of things about each other.

Personality:
Rider is the total opposite of his brother. While his brother is open, loud, outspoken, and a social butterfly, Rider is quiet, reserved, emotionless, and a social caterpillar. No...a social worm. He used to try to be social, he really did. But he was always naturally quiet, so he could barely ever get a word in when talking with a group and was always pushed out onto the edges. Eventually, he stopped trying. So, he started spending his time in the forest, climbing trees, pretending to slay dragons and stuff like that. Eventually, he figured out that he wasn't the heroic type, the one who saved the princess. He was the one who everyone always forgot about, but was necessary to finish the quest. And he liked it that way.
He would spend time out in public, but not many others noticed him. He would hang around his brother, siblings, or parents and just listen in on conversations. Despite barley ever talking, he knew just about every piece of gossip in the area. He knew plenty about others, but they knew nothing about him.
Eventually, to spend the time, he would try to mess with others. Move something that someone left out somewhere else to bug them, or possibly freak them out, maybe sneak up on someone. Sometimes he stole, but it was only small things like a coin or piece of candy. He is sort of the troublemaker of wherever he goes, but no one ever knows it's him. But, overall he has a kind heart. He may be very irritating at times, or maybe unnoticed, but he means well in the end. He never would try to hurt, or make someone feel bad.

How would he characteristic his 'connection' with his brother:
Jack can connect to Ryder in one way: Telling each others feeling. For example, if Jack looks at his brother, He can be able to tell if he's angry, embarrassed, sad, anything, without Ryder even having an expression. They both love and hate this, especially since they can't trick or play jokes on each other.
Personality:
Jack, unlike his brother, is very talkative. He often even interrupts people while they're talking, just to state something. He's aware that he does this, but can't really change it. It's just how he is. Jack is also the type of plumie that you can trust. He never tells a lie and you can trust him to just be forward with everything and not be afraid to speak his mind. He's very bold, often too much so. His instant reaction and truthfulness can easily get him into a lot of trouble. Jack has a lot of friends, but only 2 or 3 really close friends. But he always tries to be nice to anyone, even if they're being really rude to him. He doesn't understand why his brother is like his opposite and is so much different than him. But he'll just have to live with it, Ryder is the only twin he'll ever have.
