Sleepy Fairies are actually a type of deer called "codladh orm", which is translated simply to 'sleepy', hence their nickname. They are approximately the size of Pudu deer, though it isn't uncommon for them to grow to the size of medium dogs. These cute and almost impossibly fluffy creatures are can be kept as pets, known to grant wishes and bring luck. But they are most commonly found in woodland areas, playing and often- sleeping. These creatures are notorious for sleeping, they can fall asleep in the middle of a conversation, playing, eating, or even walking. Their eyes will close and they will stand on their feet, their head bobbing a little as they fall gently into sleep- though rarely ever falling from their standing position.
These little deer are quite obsessed with things that make noise, meaning, bells, wind chimes, whistles, etc. They also adore fruit, flowers, and nectar. They will go absolutely insane over honey, often known to do even crazy things for it.
Fearful of nothing, they aren't known to be shy around humans, but they can be territorial. Known to rush people and use their rather soft horns to butt at the legs of people, though it is fairly harmless.

Oh my gosh, I am in love with this babe. So much. I. Am. In. Love. <3 I really really wanted to keep this one, once I do get my own Sleepy Fairy, I might just make my babe stalk this little one. xD That or, if this comp doesn't go too well, I might keep him? ;v; If everyone doesn't kill me. <3

personality: Cathán is a bit of a fiery Sleepy Fairy.
He tends to get into arguments constantly as well
as anger others. Cathán is headstrong and rushes
into things without thinking at times.

He never feels the need to lie or sweeten something up,
and always tells things how they are. He is fun to be around
despite his demeanor. Cathán has a lovely sense of humor, but
at times it can be a little on the darker side. He is a huge
athlete and when he's not arguing with others, he's out running
long distances or swimming. Cathán is actually a "people person"
even though he tends to argue more than normal. He loves
others and being in the company of others.

favorite food: Cathán's favorite food is a pretty
standard every day fruit. He absolutely loves bananas. He
can't get enough of them and will take a banana over anything.
Cathán's other favorite food is york peppermint patties. He
constantly has a box of mini yorks in his possession and could
live off of them alone, well plus bananas of course

Don't be afraid to be you. Embrace yourself with and open arms.
Cathán lives and breathes his motto and doesn’t ever put
on a new face with other people. He isn’t ashamed of his
personality and quirks and does in fact, embrace them.

Cathán's favorite thing: Cathán has always been fascinated with
snow as well as the night sky. During clear nights, Cathán will
go outside and stargaze, even if it's a bit chilly. His favorite
nights are those where it's clear enough to see the stars, but it's
snowing. Cathán loves snow and is always outside when it's
snowing.
