Sorry for the absence everyone! Just kind of got burnt out on designing these things for a while there.

This pallio is a lot smaller than other pallios. They've got short legs, a short tail, and a small muzzle. Their cape is a normal type one. Oftentimes, this pallio is mistaken for a child due to their stature, but the length of their cape says otherwise.

I said on the last pallio I judged that the next comp would be an art one, so here we go:

Tips to help you win!:
• Character personalities that are well fleshed out. (remember to give them some flaws!)
• Art that tells a story of sorts. Not just a character standing there, even if it is well drawn. I take creativity over quality.
- A piece of art where the character is actually doing something in some environment will always be better than a drawing where the character is just standing there with no background at all. Doesn't matter how beautiful the drawing is, it won't help you win.
- So just remember to put a lot of effort into your art! If it was done in oekaki I expect to see at least an hour or two in the timer. More time put into art = better art (usually).

And also, since this includes art/writings, [b]there will be a runner up. Just one RU for this one, as you're only doing one art piece. Pallio RUs always have one trait in common with the main one, in addition to that, the winner can also pick a palette for me to work with, I'll be PMing you for it.

Pallio name: Levia
Personality: Since Levia is so small, it's natural for her to feel nervous and insecure. Levia prefers to be by herself, she can get agitated and nervous if she notices that a lot of people are looking at her. Her shy behavior started back when she was barely a pup, others would tease her because of her size. However, even though Levia might look like the type who prefer books over people, she actually likes talking, if the other person upkeeps the conversation. Levia doesn't like meaningless talks, so the friendly 'hi, how are you?' conversation usually becomes a discussion over whether or not it's possible to use a black hole as a portal. Wait what? A black hole portal? Those who know Levia can say for sure that her thoughts of exploration can get pretty far-fetched. In her free time, Levia loves to use her wild imagination to think what worlds lie beyond the little land in which she grew up. With such big thoughts, it's natural for her to get distracted, but a poke usually brings her back. Still, interfering with her plans for grand adventures may be disastrous. She can lose her temper at times, and it usually results in revengeful pranks. However, the pranks are usually harmless, unless of course you have a phobia of water or tickling.
Likes: Maps, adventure books, dawn, fireflies, plants, jungles, forests, birds and telescopes.
Dislikes: Loud noises, yelling, ignorant people, mosquitoes, lava(yes, she saw lava once), fireworks, and bullies.
Hobby: You already guessed, exploring. From volcanoes to jungles and dark caves, Levia has the unstoppable urge to explore everything and anything she can.

Personality: Even though, Xun is mistaken as a little kid. It isn't always because of his size, it's his personality too! Xun is childish and loves to wear mismatching socks! However, Xun is pretty smart for being so childish so it's hard to think he is really smart! If people continue to make fun of him, he tells them to look at his cape.

Likes/Dislikes: For his likes: Doing pranks, wearing mismatching socks, annoying other pallios, stealing things and making the object looks brand new and selling them. For dislikes: Being made fun of because of his height, people who do pranks on him (He must pay back in pranks), being too small for rides, the water bucket door prank (It gets his socks wet!)

Hobby: Like I said above, pranks! Xun just loves doing pranks. It relaxes him and brightens up his mood. He also loves stealing things too. He loves when they yell at him, it's funny to him.

Personality: Rink considers themself to be mildly creative, they tend to let their imagination run wild. Because of this Rink tends to "stretch the truth", the truth is just too boring... And they don't like being in trouble. They are hardly the pallio you want to hang on to something or do a certain task for you. Their reputation has been tainted by their lack of unreliability. Rink considers themself rather logical, some things are a quick fix with some tape and cardboard. Have a problem with another pallio? Rink will try their best to fix the issue. Rink is extremely jealous, virtually anything can get on this pallio's rough side. When Rink gets jealous they also stop communicating with the creature they are upset with.
Likes: The smell of rotting leaves, Crowded areas, cleanliness, honesty(Rink is hypocritical), and snowflakes.
Dislikes: Sarcasm, nosebleeds, feathers, goblins, and vinegar.
Hobby: Rink loves sleeping.
