These Tolters tend to have a more snappy, horrid attitude towards people and other horses and have also been known to kill in some cases. These are the most rough, tough, ruthless, and dangerous of all Tolters, so it is highly suggested that you keep them isolated to themselves.
For this fellow, you're going to have to give me a personality and a piece of art of him. (Can be traditional or digital, and can be ordered or drawn by yourself; if not yours, please give correct credits..)

personality: Demi will refuse to do anything she is told and she generally does the exact opposite, she is extremely stubborn and will not wear a saddle so she is unable to be ridden. she tends to laze around all day or cause absolute mayhem for humans and other horses. she will easily find out what bothers others and use it to black mail them. She is a handful to take care of and not many people or animals like to be near her. She is quite happy with her own company. But there is a certain someone she will do anything for because they are the best friends.

Like the other demon tolters, Chaos is a snappy mare with a horrid attitude and a very high tendency to snap at anything and everything she comes across. She's taken chunks out of many things, whether living or not- leading her reputation to become riddled with not only accounts of her unwanted behaviour, but also lies and tales of things far more extreme. She's held alone, and even though very much an anti-social tolter, she feels alone sometimes, and yearns for the company of not only another tolter but three or four, as long as they don't hate her for how she thinks and acts.

Chaos also has for some reason an urge to break things. Everywhere she goes, she leaves something smashed or splintered- whether she means to or not. This has led to her being distanced further from others, in fear that she'd hurt them. In reality, she doesn't necessarily want to hurt them; they just get on her nerves. She hasn't been taught much either, and due to her extensive containment, Chaos knows very little of the outside world. She's been mistreated horribly, and the common saying for children with arachnophobia fit well with her-
