I would first like to apologize for the long wait in judging! ;;D;; A winner has finally been decided however.

I would also like to thank everyone for entering, and a big thank you to Liddi for helping me judge this, it definitely got the judging done faster. ;v;

It was very hard to narrow down actually! There were quite a few wonderful forms and we had to narrow it down from the 4. As much as I would like to give 3 RU's and a winner I'm afraid that would be too much for me to do, so there will only be 1 winner and 1 RU this round.

First, I would like to announce the RU for the plume, it was a bit of a toss up and difficult to decide between the winning form, but was agreed that the RU should be pep! uvu
Your form really blew us away, we fell in love from the start. It was short, compact and very well written with an interesting concept! It really caught our attention in the long run and we simply couldn't ignore it, congrats! <3

If you could please PM me with a natural color of the RU you want (Brown, red, etc.) I will make sure to take note of it and add in the accessories while I'm at it.

Now the winner of this lovely plume simply had such an adorable story! It was so innocent and sweet for a little plume like this, and we were drawn to this form. The winner of the plume is Lɪɢʜᴛ Dʀᴀɢᴏɴ Sʟᴀʏᴇʀ. Your form was adorable! We loved the concept of it exploring the owners house and making it like an adventure, which is a perfect perspective and has a good taste of innocence to it too. Congrats! <3

Please note that some last minute forms were considered due to timezones, as I never did specify on the timezone it would end.
