Silverstar padded back through the entrance carrying her squirrel. She put it on the fresh-kill pile the padded up to her den.

Blackstream padded up to Graystorm. "Mind if I go hunting?" she asked.

The two brothers ran back to their home under a tree, more like a den under a tree. The padded in and Lovino took guard on the den. Feli lay down in his nest and thought about the pretty she-cat he just saw. For real this time, he actually liked her.

"Not at all," Graystorm purred, stretching his long claws, then padded out with Blackstream. "See you later, Phoenixfire." He called to her, then padded off with the other she-cat, his amber eyes round and content. "So what is up with you?" He asked, trying to chat with her.

The next morning Amberleaf realized she was running out of marigold, so she decided to get more, not only for that reason. She wanted to see if the brothers were out there. She scented the air, and gladly found their scent. Amberleaf padded after the scent, until she saw them and hid once again, wanting to see what they would do.

Blackstream looked at him, "Oh, nothing, the clan needs to be fed when they wake up, that's all." she said and headed toward the great oak.

"Oh," Graystorm mewed, catching a mouse as he chatted with the she-cat. "Anyone you've got your eye on?" He purred, although he didn't mean himself, but he'd be flattered if she said him.
