Sorry I took forever to judge this. I actually forgot about it for a bit XD
This was hard to judge because there were some great forms I loved. But I decided on one winner Manakete!
Congrats :3 I loved your form and the creativity and world you came up with. Also all the art was very cute :3

Personality:
Frederica is a bit melodramatic at times, with an overactive imagination, but she's a kind, sweet, cheerful, and gentle Belldee. She views herself as a noble creature, and humble as well. She's also quite oblivious, or maybe it's just naivety, and usually requires most things said to her to be spelled out, however she's got a very keen eye and can notice things from very far away.
Frederica is not easily upset and just prefers to ignore those who attempt to taunt her, but every once in a while an insult gets to her. In these rare instances, she uses her wings to intimidate the unlucky perpetrator by whipping up a strong wind and growling at them.
She is not known to cry, even when alone. There was only one instance that can be recalled, and that was when she realized how horrible the regretful mistake was that she had made. As it happened, she had been flying at the time, and the tears rolled off of her soft face like raindrops, falling to the world below.
Additionally, Frederica is a hopeless dreamer. She often finds herself lost in thought, her head up in the clouds if you will.

What is this Belldandy's dream:
"My dream is to discover the magical world in the sky, the subject of so many fairy tales and bedtime stories... Caelin. It is said that angels, elves, and fairies all live in this mystical place. Caelin is described as the world above our own, an island in the sky. It is a giant floating rock, suspended in the sky by the power of the moon, much like how the moon pulls the water of the ocean. Caelin is covered in beautiful dense forests and crystal clear lakes, and not only do humanoid creatures live there, it is said that beasts like unicorns and dragons can be found there too.
A lot of Belldees tell me that my dream is just a foolish child's fantasy, but I know that I'll find Caelin one day. It has to be out there. The angels and the fairies watch down on us, protecting us. I know that because they're the only ones pure enough to protect humanity from its own destruction. And I know in my heart I'm going to be the first to find them."

What is one mistake this Belldandy has made and will forever regret:
"He was the love of my life, you know... honest. I mean, we really only knew each other for about eight months, but... we were meant for each other. I know it.
Fine, shrug me off. But it was love. His name was Nagisa... he was such a sweet Belldee. He always thought of others before himself, he was kind and gentle to all. But I was so stupid... I left him to pursue my dream. I held the asinine belief that to find Caelin, I had to leave behind everything, even my love. I know now that I was terribly, horribly wrong, but it's too late for that. There's no going back on, "I'm sorry... I love you, but I can't be with you. To find Caelin, I have to leave behind everything I know here on Earth."
I was such a fool. I miss him every day. I can only imagine what he was thinking... "You're leaving me to go after a world that's only ever mentioned in bedtime stories?"
But it's no use brooding over it. I must live and learn from my mistakes. And I will. If not for my broken heart, then for his."
