What are Belldandy's?
Belldandys, also known as Belldees for short, are a fluffy little pixie horse the size of a small rodent. They share the genus name "Equixeus". The Belldee will fly from house to house, normally through a window, visiting little children and infants before they fall asleep. Their bells hold a certain pixie dust that brings the little ones good fortune and sweet dreams. Belldees can not open their eyes, yet somehow they can mysteriously "see" the world around them. They can come in an assortment of colors, any colors you could possibly imagine. Though Belldee's can fly, it is less common for them to have wings; their magical aura is what helps most to fly. Belldandys eat flower petals and leaves for the most part, anything else they eat would consist of an assortment of berries or grasses. One thing they love especially, but is so rare for them to come across is tea. They are obsessed with it and will stop dead in their tracks if they see a cup of it sitting on a table or stand. Lots of people leave tea out at night to try and spot the fluffy pixies.

Why you want him/her: First off, I adore this type of color pallete. Warm colors that are pastels. And those stripes! I'd be lying if I said I could perfectly replicate this design, but I'd try as hard as I can.

And even more then art, I'd be sure to give them a personality. They wouldn't just be a pretty face, they would have a past and a future. Leila would live in a little grove on a tropical island, surrounded by hibiscus. She struggles with putting together her thoughts, they make sense in her head but she can't parse them into words. Because of this she often keeps to herself, even though she loves to socialize.

I don't want to ramble on for to long or bore you, but I hope I showed you I'd love this girlie and would be so happy to own her.

Why you want him/her: She is absolutely gorgeous. I love the design and the colors so much. But she won't just be another character to throw around. If I got her, I would cherish her a stupendous amount. Making art, writing stories, etc. are various things I would do with this Belldee. And, obviously, I'd give her a story and personality.
Also, I've been striving to get a Belldee of my own. All I ever do is draw people their Belldees that they own, but I don't have one to love and cherish myself ;^;

He has a beautiful coat. Looking at him makes me smile thinking he has a bright, loving, kind, and sharing personality. I've never owned a belldandy before, he seems like he would always cheer others up with the shine he gives off. His coat makes me think of a sunrise, a new day starting with hopes to come along. Also a sunset, ending the day with a sweet sky and happiness filling you up. I wish to have him so he can cheer others up when feeling down and make me smile when I look at him!

Honestly I have been trying for one of these cuties since about the time they came out, and this one is gorgeous! She is perfect, her colors are so lavishing. I truly want to just spoil her to pieces, show this little lady lots of love and never abandon her. Once I spotted her I thought the contest would be so hard but this one seems right up my alley. I would make sure to get plenty of friends for her and maybe even one day (once she's ready) a boyfriend!
