A fancy frozen rose prince. c: His flower is thorns of ice with ice roses. Maybe it's because of his cold frozen heart. ;u; His cape thing is removable. He has a crown of thorns and a small bracelet of thorns as well. Rather than wearing the cape for warmth, it's more for decoration. He doesn't feel da cold. :<

How his roses froze:

Eider was once a cheerful creature, loved by all. His lush, sweet-scented roses would attract bees and butterflies from every corner of the woods, inviting them to perch on them while he went about his daily life. One day, he chanced upon an injured swallow, and being the kind soul he was, Eider took the swallow in and cared for it. He and the swallow developed a strong bond, but alas, the cold was too much for the swallow. Eider could do nothing but watch in pain as the swallow froze, it's beautiful feathers coated in frost. Just then, a bitter cold seeped into his heart. The woods in which he lived turned dark, and bees and butterflies no longer accompanied him, as his roses which were once bright and beautiful were now white and heavy with the ice that froze them.

he was travelling from a very warm and damp place,
he ended up that he fell in a river while he was asleep,
and as he ended up in his new home, his roses froze over
due to the water which was left on them.

"You want to hear how my roses froze? Well certainly don’t jump to conclusions and think that I grew cold all because of a lost love interest or anything related to the heart that you might think of because you have been caught up on the "FROZEN" fandom.
My story was way more exciting than that..."

Sorell was always a weird woodling. He was born with a royal title but with a defect. He was born with a colder than normal temperature and the others thought that it was a sign that he would not make it in the next upcoming months but apparently his temperature didn’t affect his heath as he grew up healthy and strong. However any flowers that grew or was placed on him seemed to stiffen and start to develop frost on them which was unheard of in the woodland history. His parents cut off the roses whenever they appeared to avoid the public seeing the weird trait their son had obtained and kept it a secret from the public’s eye....Well until his coronation day. His parents failed to make the royal crown maker aware of their sons 'talent; and the crown maker made him a crown of roses and thorns and his parents couldn’t do nothing about it once the crown was unveiled to the public at his coronation. As soon as the crown was placed upon his head the thorns and the roses instantly froze over making the others gasp. Fearing that this had been a sign that the royal family had been cursed the others attending the coronation tied up the prince as the guards held the king a queen back 'for their own protection' as the others carried the prince to the frozen over lake and cut a hole through the ice big enough for him to fit through and they showed him a little bit of mercy and untied him before they dropped him into the hole in the ice closed it up with the piece they cut out to make sure he wouldn’t be able to surface for air. The freezing coldness of the water didn’t kill the prince as they would expect since his body temperature was already naturally low so he swam up to just beneath the ice a few yards away from the traitorous woodlings from his kingdom and pressed his face next to the ice to breathe the small pocket of air that was there. once he caught his breath he continued to swim under the ice and repeated the cycle of swimming and breathing until he finally reached a break in the ice and pulled himself onto the top of the ice and collapsed from exhaustion...

Over time he recovered and lived a life in solitude, learning to love the very thing that he wanted to hide. He is sometimes even amused by his freezing capabilities as sometimes rose buds freeze up before they could even bloom. Although he is sometimes stumbled upon by young adventurous woodlings so he made cape to help hide his frozen roses although in the wind it flaps wildly and gives him a ghostly appearance which sparked the now famous bedtime story "The curse of the frozen prince." which rumours say roams those very woods.
