Your favourite coat colours: My favorites are usually blue or strawberry roan, but duns are another favorite of mine as well.
Your favourite facial/leg/other markings: for facial or leg markings, I don't usually have a preference. However, if I had to choose, I would have to say stripes and coronets would be my favorites. If you're doing paint markings, though (which wouldn't really happen in the breeds above unless they were offspring of that breed and a paint horse) I love Overo markings.

Ok people, forms are now closed!

Now I do have some rather sad news. Due to the sheer number of forms and limited time I have (plus the fact I'm still recovering from the amount of stuff that's been going on this semester) not everyone's gift will be completed by Christmas. I am deeply sorry everyone, but realistically I can't give you all gifts with edits and/or tack my usual standard if I try to rush it all.

But I do have a system planned:

> First priority is going to Full-time Staff Members- only once their gifts have been made and I am satisfied with them shall I move on to other members of the community. I know it might seem unfair guys, and I am sorry if you feel this way, but I didn't take on many orders during the past couple of sessions and I haven't made as many adopts. This is my way of showing my gratitude for their hard work and dedication to Cottonwood and to apologise for not being more helpful to them when they needed me.

> Second priority is going to My Streaming Crew (and other friends)- the regular members of my streaming thread help to keep me motivated, especially on the days I feel it's all getting a bit too much. Alongside my friends on the staff team, these guys are the main reason I try to make time each and every day to do what I can to assist Cottonwood. What can I say- I'm a big softie at heart! ^w^

> Third priority to CWHR members- Again, my was of repaying the Cottonwood community for their support and patience. <3

> Fourth priority to new member to CWHR- I am sorry if this seems unfair, but again I feel I've let all the above people down. I really want to apologise to them first, as this has been going on for a while.


Now, another important thing I will point out:

If your gift is ready by Christmas Day but DO NOT collect it by the 1st January 2015 at 00:00 GMT time, I will claim it back and either keep it or re-adopt it out. For those with gifts released after Christmas Day you have five days to claim your gift.

I am sorry to have such a strict policy, but there were quite a number of cases in the Staff Gifts last year were gifts were left unclaimed and had no home to go to. You can re-claim your gift after this time allowance via PM only, but you must have a valid reason (e.g. holiday).


Other rules include:

> You cannot request any free edits to your gifts (I won't name anyone in particular, but last year I had to virtually remake a roan horse because someone didn't like the base colour ) unless I specifically state that you can

> You cannot request free tack/companions for your gift unless I specifically state that you can

> If you decide you don't like your gift please let me know so we can both determine the 'fate' of your horse

> Please do not rush me- it only makes me stress out more and there's a risk that it could effect the quality of your gift!!! DX


Sorry to be so strict this year guys, but after some of last year's shenanigans I'm a little worried on how this will turn out.

But, on a much brighter note, I do hope that you all have a very Merry Christmas. If I don't see you before then, do try to relax and spend time in the way you'd best be happiest!
