ANYWAYS here's #400 for you~! Vaguely based off a leopard shark, I'm really happy with how they came out~ qvq

This plumerian has a small amount of water magic. Namely, they can control water and use it to heal. As stated previously however, this is a very small amount of magic -- they can move small amounts (ie a cup or two, maybe a gallon at most) small distances, and heal small cuts and wounds, maybe a broken bone on occasion. Also, it's up to you if they can breathe underwater using their gills or not! Their fur is short and slick so water rolls off easily, like an otter almost? And little bubbles often trickle off their feathers.

I'm not going to set any limits for the tryouts, BUT please please pleeease keep in mind that I hate reading long writing. I know I say "quality over quantity" a lot but people seem to ignore it and just write the biggest form they can xD Keep it concise. If you can chop something out, do so. Shorten it and just keep the most important stuff, if you have a lot to write then at least break it up! Walls of text are super unappealing to judge. A short and concise form that clearly shows the character is much more likely to win than a long rambling one that describes every individual color of their fur!
Going along with the above, no website/other thread forms. If it's too long to put in a normal post, your form is too long!

End date is January 20th! A bit over a month. Extensions are unlikely so plan accordingly!
