Zephinas are large feline creatures that inhabit the various lands throughout Runam. Zephinas are omnivores; mostly eating fruits and greens, they can be seen eating small rodent like creatures such as the Wuzle when vegetation isn't readily available. A Zephina can live for 50 years (which is 150 Earth years). They mature quickly, but once they've matured they grow at a much slower rate making them live for a long time. A Zephi will be fully mature within the ages of 9 to 12 months. When a Zephina is fully mature, they are ready to mate. This creature mates for life. Mating takes place in the late winter seasons. About 3 months afterward in the mid springs season, a female Zephina will have a litter ranging from 1 to 3 Zephs or baby Zephinas.

Fauna is a great listener. If you ever need a shoulder to lean on, she's
your gal. She have a very keen memory and can recall small details
most would often overlook.
Willing
When it comes to helping out, she's usually the first one to volunteer
her aid. Fauna loves to help out with Zephs and attend the elderly Zephis
when others her age would rather be off having fun.
Shy
Though she is rather friendly, she tends to keep to herself. Think of her
as a wall flower. She's not one to create a scene or crave attention.
Sticking to the sidelines is all right with her.

Fauna was a late bloomer. Her final set of wisps didn't finish
growing in until she was in her 10 month. Though she was a little behind,
the others didn't treat her differently. She hopes to find a mate shortly
so she can start a family of her own.
Her eagerness for Zephs may make it difficult to find a suitable mate,
but she hopes she'll find someone just as eager. She doesn't have a
preference in boys or girls; she'll love them all the same. She just
hopes she's as good a parents to her Zephs as her parents were to her.
