Asparagus is a shockingly observant girl. She seems to know a lot more than she should, which is very apparent once you get her talking. It is almost uncanny how good she is as noticing things and formulating her own opinion about them. She has a photographic memory, which also contributes to her strange way of figuring out things you wish she didn't know.

This little girl is constantly processing and reflecting upon things happening around her. In fact, she is so busy thinking about meaningless things that interest her that she rarely speaks. When she isn't busy thinking, she doesn't feel a need to speak, so in short Ara doesn't talk much. It's not that she's shy or rude (though sometimes it appears so), she just doesn't really like to converse that much. She is wise beyond her years and occasionally gets depressed when she sees horrible things happening on the news, like murderers, wars, thieves, etc. She just can't understand how people can be so violent towards each other.

Ara is very, very protective of her friends and family. If she ever feels like they are slipping out of reach from her, she practically bristles like a porcupine and deems the reason for this loss an enemy. She gets jealous easily, which can become a cause of rare sarcasm spewing from her mouth. Asparagus also is extremely stubborn. Once she gets an idea that something is correct, she will NOT back down. It can be annoying and frustrating at times, but Ara is very set in her ways. Either she decides that she doesn't like something anymore for some odd reason, or her idea sticks.

You've probably been wondering why the heck I chose the name Asparagus. Well, Ara's favorite food is Asparagus. Actually, she loves vegetables in general. Maybe a bit too much.
This is what Ara thinks of vegetables:
1. They are vital to your survival, and will make you very healthy.
2. If people don't eat them, they will die and the world will descend into chaos.
As you can see, sometimes Ara's thought processes get a little extreme. But, as mentioned earlier, she is unbelievably stubborn and has decided that she must be the one to make sure everyone eats their veggies. Even if she has to force-feed them.
Fortunately, this is the weirdest idea Ara has in her mind, but it can still be quite a shock if you don't eat your veggies.
She also has gotten into the habit of classifying people into vegetables by they're personality. For example, she thinks her father is a carrot because he's usually pretty straightforward but has an occasional twist of his own and a crisp snap of romance.

Mom (Taiga)
Ara is close to her mom, in a weird way. They are both super nerdy and intelligent, and since they each are very awkward at times, they are awkward together!(*flies into sunset*) Anyway, Asparagus loves her mother's sweet and caring nature, especially since there are so many awful people in our world today. They often play video games together (Taiga could win every time if she wanted to, but she occasionally lets Ara be victorious) and can be found laughing on the floor together over something completely random in the game. Even though Taiga would surely love to listen and help Ara with her problems, Ara just doesn't feel that her mom really understands her. She prefers to share her issues with her sister Rin.
Ara thinks her mother is broccoli-She's very sweet and loving once you boil her down, and has a unique flair of her own.
Dad (Roswell)
Ara loves her fathers voice. She would sit next to him all day, entranced by his sweet tones. Asparagus also shares her father's love of thunderstorms-but Ara's interest is more on a sci-ency level than pure enjoyment. She believes strongly that her father is the best dad in the world, and would never let anything happen to her or her siblings. Ara also has spent many a night outside curled up by her father underneath the stars. She doesn't really like her father's occasional obsessiveness with his appearance, and tries to get him to stop worrying too much about what he looks like. Ara also wishes she could have Roswell's romantic charm, but hey, you can't have everything.
She thinks her father is a carrot because he's usually pretty straightforward but has an occasional twist of his own and a crisp snap of romance.

Aerin (Rin):
Ara is fascinated by Rin and her love for electricity. She looks up to her big sister immensely, and thinks it's hilarious whenever Rin shocks her with her paws. Ara is a little creep-ed out by Rin's raccoon, and refuses to touch it. Rin can sympathize with Ara's social issues, so Ara often tells Rin about the friend problems she has at school. They sometimes quarrel, like all sisters do, but its usually over stuff like what's a fact and what isn't. (For example, if lightning is faster than sunlight or not) Their fights end quickly anyway, as the solution can normally be found on the internet. Ara loves the that Rin will grow up to be a mad scientist, even though she doesn't think her sister is very angry. (Heh heh)
She thinks that Rin is an artichoke because she is a little strange and "bristly" but very extraordinary on the inside.
Castalia
Ara tries to get along with Castalia, but it doesn't work very well. She does not care much for her sister's bubbly and energetic personality, as Ara is pretty calm and quiet. She also think's her sister cares a little too much about her eyes and appearance, but Castalia is a teenager after all. Ara tries her best to find something that they both are interested in, but Castalia isn't nearly as much a nerd as Ara.. so the attempt usually ends up with an awkward silence. Despite their major differences, Ara loves her sister dearly and tries to help her sister with whatever she needs. Ara has noticed Calcifer's interest for her sister, and is extremely annoyed with him at the moment. Somehow she has gotten the idea that Calcifer will "Take Castalia away forever" and "We won't ever, ever see her again!" Because of this, she does her best to make him feel uncomfortable at all times.
Asparagus thinks Castalia is a cucumber, because she's sweet and refreshing.
Sasuke Misuto Kanter
Ara adores her big brother. She loves him very much, even though he almost never shows any emotion. She takes her brother very seriously, and is certain that "my big brother will beat you up if you hurt me!" She is mesmerized by his ninja stars, and often tries to poke them when her brother isn't looking. She kind of thinks Sasuke is her guardian angel, which can become a little annoying. Ara occasionally gets confused by his lack of emotion, and tries to get him to smile by dancing like a crazy person in front of him (when no one else is there, of course) or making silly faces. She does like how he doesn't talk much though, as she doesn't either.
Ara thinks Sasuke is an eggplant because he somehow manages to be overlooked even with his eye-catching appearance, and he's strong, silent, but always there.

Chase
"Ayyy Gus!"
Ara is one intensely loyal friend, especially to her BFF, Chase. The two are inseperable, even though Chase does pretty much all of the talking when they're together. Chase has affectionately dubbed Asparagus "Gus" and never calls her anything else. Chase really helps Ara come out of her shell, and knows some of Ara's deepest secrets. Chase is the definite leader of the two, as Ara is more of the shy sidekick who's constantly in awe of Chase's bravery. Although Ara would follow Chase into any adventure, she usually lets her friend do the daredevil stuff, as Ara likes to "play it safe." Chase occaisonally teases Asparagus about this, which causes Ara to blush furiously, but their friendship is rock solid. Ara is super bad at making new friends, so Chase is really her one and only friend outside of family, and she believes nothing could ever come between them.
Ara thinks Chase is a green onion, because she's perfect for just about anything and is a favorite of Ara's.

Yes, Ara has a little baby crush. The moment she saw Delta, she was head over heels in "puppy love". It doesn't matter that he is lazy, or clumsy, or loud, because he's HANDSOME!
Or at least that's what Ara thinks. Chase is constantly trying to get her to have a crush on someone different, since Chase really doesn't like Delta, but Ara won't listen. Every time Ara gets even ten feet away from Delta she begins to blush madly and stare. It's not like Delta notices anyway. He never notices. But Ara doesn't care. She just likes staring at his adorable face. The problem is, Ara can never EVER get enough courage to talk to him. In fact, I doubt Delta knows that she exists. Somehow, this doesn't bother Ara at all. I don't think she even knows she's supposed to talk to her crush.
Oh well.
Ara thinks Delta is a potato, because he's so amazing. (I mean, potatoes are yummy baked, sliced, fried, and mashed. You gotta give 'em credit.)
Delta is owned by Sammich, and I got permission from them to use him.

Puppy
Asparagus has a mischievous little German shepherd puppy named Cooper. She cares for him very much, and he adores her to the point of no end. Cooper is Ara's companion, and he even follows her on her adventures with Chase. Cooper is a sly and playful pup, and usually ends up irritating Ara's family members by constantly nagging them to play. He's very intelligent too, and loves to cuddle with Ara. The two can be seen curled up together, napping, and looking as peaceful as angels. But when Cooper is awake, it seems the only thing he does is make mischief. One of his favorite things to do is "stalk" Ara's tantalizing tail.

Wrapping it up

Thank you so much for reading my form! I had a ton of fun developing Ara's character, and I've truly grown to love her. This girl deserves to be someone special in the JBD community, and I've tried to make her have a personality that would stand out.
I would be absolutely delighted to call Ara my own, but if I do not get the privilege I'm sure she will go to someone fantastic.
I've tried to meet the standards you preferred; I did my best at coding (but it is not one of my strong points) and I hope you enjoyed my simple but cute layout. I also tried to have art showing her personality, and I made an effort to make my form detailed but to the point.

Hello and welcome to my form for Nursery Batch #552 or as I like to call her, Sioux. You can call me Sheer, and I am currently the owner of only one bean. Aoi Asahina Myrd, she was gifted to me by my close friends mikune and a_bowtie. Though I have never managed to win a bean on my own, I have tried many times (and come close a couple) but so far I just haven't been able to make the cut. I really hope this girl will be the one to break that streak however<3 I also hope you enjoy my form and the journey through little Sioux's life. I'll see you on the other side!

Her family - This is a definitely a love not a like, but
Sioux has always adored every member of her family.
(Look to family relationships to find out more.)
Weeko - This is also more of a love, she feels
responsible for Weeko so she decided when they
first met that she would always take care of him
though she loves having him around and will always
cherish their friendship.
Cherries/Plums - Sioux's has two favorite foods, cherries
and plums, she loves their sweet taste and she likes to
plant the seeds out in the fields in hopes that they'll
grow into trees. (Good thing she doesn't have much
of a green thumb yet or they'd have trees everywhere.)
Being outdoors - Since Sioux has been allowed outside
she has loved it. She loves the feel of rolling around in
the grass and has made friends with all their local trees
(and rocks) giving them all names of their own. It's an
understatement to say she enjoys being outdoors because
it feels like a second home to her. As if it was where she
was meant to be.
Animals - Living on a ranch has given her the
opportunity to meet several animals, all of which
she has loved having the chance to get to know.
Though she didn't stop with just knowing their own
animals and she has instead tried to venture out and
get to know the local animals living around their
ranch as well.


Cleaning - Cleaning a little is alright, it's massive day
long cleaning sessions that she can't stand. In her eyes
if you clean as you go you wouldn't have to worry about
such things.
Attention - Sioux gets rather nervous and shy if she is
put in the spotlight so she tends to not make a fuss or
stand out if she can help it at all. This normally leads
to her hiding behind the closest bean she is familiar with.
Broccoli - Though this is a rather commonly disliked
food among children, Sioux really doesn't like them.
She hates the texture and it's really the only food she
is super picky about. Though her Mama and Papa tell
her it's good for her she'd rather stick to cherries and
plums.
Large cities - Cities frighten Sioux, she feels there
is just too much going on and a major lack of all the
things she is used to. It confuses her as to why anyone
would want to live that way, so uncaring and
disconnected from nature. She believes them to be
rather lifeless and cold.
Cruelty towards nature/wildlife - This one is pretty
obvious, with her strong connection to nature and
wildlife of course it would upset her to know that
someone was being cruel to the friends she had made.
Sioux feels like everything has a personality and
feelings of it's own and those should always be
taken into consideration.

Hi there, my name is Sioux Zonta Kanter, and I am
four years old. My name looks kinda funky and a lot
of people pronounce it funny, you see my first name
is actually just pronounced like Sue, it's okay though
I don't mind and I still love my name. My first and
middle name together mean "little snake, trusted" or
"trusted little snake" so I guess it was fate that I ended
up befriending the cute little reptiles. I've never felt
any real fear around snakes like most others, I even
have a pet snake named Weeko. I named him that
because it means pretty and I thought he was breath
taking the first time I saw him. He's not a big fan of
his name but he'll just have to live with it. He loves
to watch me breath fire and even sticks his tongue out
in return when I do so. I think it's because he wishes
he could do it too. I like to spend a lot of time outside,
whether it's tending to the horses with papa or watching
the wild animals roam outside of our ranch. Don't tell
Mama but sometimes I like to sneak out and get a closer
look. I've never gotten too close..well with one exception.

That was a special case though. It was actually the day I
met Weeko. I noticed some of the wild horses were a bit
more active and upset. They seemed to be stomping the
ground repeatedly in a certain area. It really wasn't like
them to do this so I scared them away by shouting and
waving my arms around. Once they were gone I went to
the trampled area and found a rather large flat rock.
When I tried to flip the rock over I heard a hissing noise.
I ended up pressing my face to the ground to get a better
look under the rock and I could see a flash of eyes looking
back at me. I still couldn't clearly see what it was because
it was rather dark so I blew a little fire in front of me and
that's when I saw him for the first time. I called to him to
let him know that I meant no harm. It took a while but
after finally coaxing him out I found out that it was my
fire that put him at ease. He was a little hurt so once he
warmed up to me I took him home. I couldn't bring him
inside because I doubted Mama or Papa would approve of
a snake in the house so I had to leave him in the barn in
one of our empty stalls. (Though I don't think the horses
cared for him being in there.) So that's his story and we've
pretty much been best friends ever since. Sorry if I rambled
a little, I just enjoy telling the story of how I met Weeko.
I should probably go help with the horses now, it's almost
feeding time. Feel free to hang out a bit more, I should be
back in no time!

Alright, all done with helping Papa feed the horses, where were we? Oh personality, I suppose I can get a bit cranky if I'm tired, other than that I think I'm pretty alright to be around. I do tend to goof off when I shouldn't. I spend a lot of time talking to the trees, they're pretty friendly and I think they like me, I hope so at least. I try to look after them the best I can, and it makes me sad if I find out they've been hurt. It's okay though, I always share my band-aids and tell them stories to cheer them up. I like making friends, though I've been told they're not normal friends. I hope I'm kind enough, I try to be as nice as I can like Mama but sometimes I get a little shy. I think that's why I like being outside so much, I don't really have to worry about impressing others or how they feel about me. Animals aren't very talkative and it's really easy to know if they like you or not.

Let's see what else, I suppose I'm pretty determined. I try my hardest to do my best but sometimes I'm not that great. Papa never makes me feel bad if I mess up though, he just tells me to try again and that I'll get it eventually. Which he's right I do eventually get it but my Papa is always right, he's very smart. I try to be good and eat what I'm suppose to, though broccoli is gross and I just don't like it. Other than that I think I'm pretty good about not being picky. When I do get cranky I don't think I'm very fun to be around. I usually end up moping about the house and being pretty sour towards everyone until I get a nap. I don't like being cranky but I also don't really care for naps, I like being awake and like to sometimes consider myself a night owl. I think that's all I can think of for now, I must admit it sure does sum me up pretty well though.

My Papa is the greatest, he's so tough and brave. He
has taught me so much about horses and the other
animals on our ranch. He has also taught me to not
give up on things and that I can do anything if I try,
even though I'm pretty small right now. I don't think
Weeko is Papa's favorite pet but he lets me keep him
around even though I think Papa is also kinda scared
of him. Don't tell anyone I said that though. At night
I like to watch the stars with Papa, we tend to have
the best talks at night. I always tell him about the
new friends I made and all the silly things that
happened with my day. I normally pass out, however
I always seem to wake up in my bed so Papa must
bring me inside to tuck me in.

I love my Mama very much, she's always sweet and kind
to everyone. Though she's especially sweet and kind to
me, when I'm really good she'll sneak me a cookie. I
think she's afraid of Weeko, but she's really nice to him
too. I'm just not allowed to let him run free in the house,
not after last time...I like to watch my Mama play video
games, she's really good at them. I'm not very good
because I'm so little and holding onto the controller
seems to be a task in itself, so just watching is good
enough for me. I also like to make flower crowns with
Mama, we have such pretty flowers that grow all over
the ranch so one day I brought her a bunch and she made
one for me. I begged her to teach me and she agreed, so
now we make them together.

Rin is super smart, if I ever have a question I know I
can always go to her for advice. I like having "shock
fights" with her, though they sometimes hurt, they're
really fun. "Shock fights" mostly just entail us running
around the house with our feet glued to the floor to
see who can get the biggest shock. It's also an amazing
game to play on the trampoline, that's normally where
we can find the best static, plus we don't get in trouble
for running in the house. Her pet Raccoon, clue, is
really cute. I don't think that he and Weeko got along
much in the beginning but now they're an odd pair of
buddies. I like to visit her in her lab, and one time I
asked if she could change Weeko's color with science.
Sadly she was unable to.

I definitely look up to Cas, she's the oldest but she
has never made me feel inferior in any way. She's
really overly sweet like Mama, but I think that's a
wonderful quality to have and I hope to be the same
when I grow up. Cas always shares with me and helps
me, especially if I'm feeling left out. Like one time I
was playing Ninja stars with Sasuke but he was
hogging all the stars, so Cas helped me make more so
there would be plenty for us both. I like to braid her
long pretty hair sometimes, but I'm not very good at
braiding just yet. You know little fingers and all. So
basically I play with her hair, then she has to fix it.
We normally get a good giggle out of how terrible I
am with hair first though.

Nash is really sweet, she's my babysitter but she's a
ton of fun. She lets me get away with a lot and will
often join in while we're playing. I like playing make
believe with her, and sometimes she asks me about
my friends on the ranch. I don't really know if she is
really interested in talking to the trees but when she
sees me talking to them she always stops to ask me
what they're saying. I like talking to Nash because
she's a really good listener and I normally tend to
bore other with long stories about (according to them)
nothing. Nash has never told me my stories were boring
though and she always seems interested in them for
whatever reason. She really is the greatest babysitter
I ever could have asked for.

I think it's fun playing with Sasuke, he likes to prank
other beans so sometimes I let him use Weeko to
scare them. I have to admit it's rather funny even
when we do get in trouble. His throwing stars hurt
though if they catch you in the right spot, but
thankfully it never hurts too bad. The worst they
could do would probably be a paper cut. Mama
tells us not to throw stars in the house because we
could break something, however sometimes we do
anyway when she's not looking. Don't tell her though,
I'll probably get in trouble. Sasuke tends to follow
Rin around a lot, getting her things for her science
needs so I like to help out when I can. It's really fun
when all of us get together to play.

Rainy is by far my best friend. He's a little shy but I
don't mind, I actually think that's why we get along so
well. He's kinda going through a tough time though
lately so I just try to cheer him up by giving him
something to smile about. I find myself being more
goofy around him than I normally am, but I don't think
that's a bad thing at all. I like that we can be silly
together but also just enjoy being around each other
without either of us saying a word. Some think he's a
little odd, though personally I don't see why anyone
would think that, he's just normal Rainy to me, like
he has always been. If you ask me I think it might be
because they're jealous he has such gorgeous hair
..don't tell him I said that.

When mama takes us to the beach I always have so much
fun. I love the warm sun and the hot sand. My favorite part
is the different creatures I get to meet. Especially when we
go in the ocean, there are just so many different animals
and the ocean is so large. I like to greet the fish normally
as soon as we arrive, there are a couple that are always
hanging around the same spot. When Mama lets me I like
to take food out to them, like bread or chips. They're pretty
friendly, I've only been nibbled once or twice..though Mama
and Papa don't let me go out into the deep water yet so I
have yet to meet the really big fish. I also love to build
sandcastles and just feel the sand beneath me in general.
With all the running around I do, I normally end up pretty
exhausted by the time we get home. Sometimes I pass out
before we even make it there. Overall, I love it when my
family goes to the beach. It's always just so incredibly fun
and some of my favorite memories were made at the beach
I will always cherish the time we spend there.

I may or may not update again, I know I'm going to be gone all day today which is why I woke up so early to add in these edits, so yeah I really don't know.
