The stable-hands also have to keep a firm grip on her lead too, otherwise they'll be trying to catch a runaway.

Nyx is quite unlike the other horses. She isn't shy, nor lively, but she's...dark. She would prefer staying in her stall rather than eating grass in a pasture. Nyx is usually obedient when riding, but she can get spooked by the strangest things, such as an oddly shaped tree branch on the ground. When her owners come bring the food or a snack, the other horses come cantering for the snacks while Nyx watches from afar. Later, when all the horses have left, Nyx comes and munches off the leftovers. People say that no one has ever seen Nyx truly delighted or even slightly satisfied. The young mare obviously prefers solitude over sociality. She's been like this ever since she was born, thus her owners giving her such a gloomy name.

Personality:
Despite her age, Lisa is innocent, spritely and sweet. She's gentle and trusting, but can be led astray very easily. It is not unusual to find her in some sort of trouble along with another horse, (most likely Longley, our gelding) who has clearly dragged her into the situation. Her residence from a very young age, Meyer's Point, instilled quality skills and strong morals in Lisa through only allowing her to interact with the nicest of horses. It could be said she was too sheltered, as she has grown to be innocent to the point of ignorant at times.

Where she really shines is when she shows. Lisa loves to show off and be pretty. With dressage being her discipline of choice, she enjoys her role as schoolmaster, and loves teaching her 'students' just how fancy a horse can be. In the competition arena, it's never about winning to her. Lisa believes strongly that as long as the show is enjoyable, everyone wins, sticking to her philosophy no matter what. Overall, she's loved by just about everyone at Fairbanks, her current home.

Personality: One word to describe her? Unique. Now, while truly no horse is alike and each one is unique, Minerva is especially unique. Minerva is temperamental and patient as can be at the same time. The difference? Well, Minerva is all smiles to people. She is majorly a people-pleaser and an attention-seeker. The mare adores to be the center of everything and is quite popular among the humans. On the other hand, she butts heads constantly with other horses - especially stallions. Minerva is very tomboy, and does not tolerate any stallion pushing her around. Plenty of times, stallions have come back from the field with red marks and bites from Minerva. Mares are similar, where Minerva just dislikes many of them. She finds her best friends among the geldings.
Minerva, although sweet like honey towards people, is still very stubborn most of the time. She was extremely hard to train when she was young, and she battled with every trainer they brought along. Minerva loves to have things more her way, and can easily charm an inexperienced rider into doing something the way she wants it, which is why the mare is typically only allowed to be ridden by more advanced people, so she does not continue or learn bad habits. Minerva loves shows and crowds. She feels herself born to be a champion, a star. And at her barn, she certainly is.
